My applications is out of processing time and I raised a service request last month the confirmations number started with sr. Nothing was done and I called customer service today and they raised another service request which starts with T1. Is there any different between service request number that's starts with sr Nd t1

I can’t wait anymore, last update on my case was fingerprinted review was completed, last month I put SR isn’t assigned yet I spoke with Emma today to wait until 9 /19 if there’s nothing to call or chat !

Update on EAD for May filers
Any late April/May filers received any update regarding their EAD. I applied on 1st May and my processing center is Vermont. Still haven't received any update.

I filed on Apr 29th NBC . still no EAD and AP. is anyone on the same or later date ?
I am not able to raise an SR and they apparently stopped infopass as well , frustrating !!
