Finally, my card is being produced.
Here is my timeline:
Employment-based (c9) NBC center
Receipt date: FEB 04
Biometric: March 06
First SR: August 31 (nothing happened)
Second SR: Sep 02
Card Being is being produced: Sep 05
No expedite, an no phone call no senator/congressman.
Good luck everyone. I know how much this process can be stressful but don't lose your hope.

Send request to Ombudsman and Senator/Congressman
Hello everyone
I want to send request to get helped with my EAD because it takes too long. My question is can I send request to both Ombudsman and Senator/Congressman at the same time? Is it cause any problems?

Feb 28, Houston TX - EAD production on Sep 5
My PD is Feb 28, filed at Houston TX
Follow PM88, I have sent service request 30 days ago start at SR..., and call them because my case hasn't assigned to any officer. He said he will request another service start at T1B...on August 29. He also said I will get answer after 15-30 days, if not I can call back. So, today 5 Sep at 3 pm I got email that Card Production and it is only change for I765. Good luck to everybody! I think call them is better way to get your EAD faster.

sr; august 2 after waiting and out of processing time I started to chat with Emma and tier one officer. they were nice but offer no new but told me to wait fo 30 days then after 30 days things start to change
card ordered on the 30th
processing finger print on the 31th of August
crd mailed out on the 4th
so December filer do not lose hope my sure they working on it.
