Does anyone know how long it will take to get the result of RFE response,
H4 EAD applied in month of jan 2019
My husband H1 got approved in the moth of june after putting it premium processing, but after that H4 is on pending got RFE on 25 july, replied RFE on 26th August, status is changed that they ''recieved the response and someone from Texas office will work on it and we will send you the decision or notify you if we need anything fron you'' and I am waiting for the result, I have a job offer but no EAD. It has been more than 8 months, I am really stressed out.....

March Filler and I have nothing yet
After 189 days I just have nothing from USCIS. Tried expedite and it didn’t helped much. I even went to congressman office and that didn’t even helped much. I seriously don’t know what else I could do. I’m done! I’m tired! I’m depressed! I’m sad and I don’t know nothing about my case. I need to get a job so we can move out.

Hi guys, i tried expediting my case and they asked me for proof of financial loss. Same day i sent out the evidence. The next day i received an email saying YOUR CASE STATUS: ACCEPTANCE. Please what does that mean and how long do i have to wait to get a decision
PS: The email also said, during the acceptance status the case is usually processed within two business days. It's past two days and i haven't had a decision yet. Please what does the acceptance status mean?

Waiting time for ead
Hello I filed on june 3rd 2019 i130 1765 i485
On july 16 had my biometics
Online status when logged in has a date
of june 26th all cases was received
I485 status - fingerprint fee recieved
I130 status - case was recieved
I765 status - case was recieved
It's been 73 days today was wondering
how much more long to wait for ead status to change
I filed at national benefit
I'm married to a us citizen

Anyone in Dallas area had any luck in getting their EAD/AP renewed based on pending I485?

Expedite Request - Sep 5
As no updates after the first SR raised in Aug 2019, raised the second SR on Sep 5 with the help of the representative through Emma chat. Asked her if there was anyway that I could expedite this process, she helped raise the Expedite request too along with SR's for my I765 and I131 renewal.No idea now how long the wait going to be.
Anyone had any luck in getting their case expedited just by citing the reason as case being outside normal processing time?
