EAD expedition
Hi all
Due to personal circumstances, I'm really desperate to get the EAD expedited. I suspect my expectations need managing, but wondering what your thoughts are.
I was here on L1 visa, but got made redundant, so my position here ended, suddenly. I went to UK and returned on an ESTA.
I'm recently married to a US citizen and we have a baby girl (13 months). I submitted I-485, I-130 and I-765 which was received on 04/29/2019 and we received the receipt number on 5/4/2019 - I called on 5/6/2019 to expedite and that is currently showing ".. is currently not assigned for processing." We were told to expect that to be a week.
I was sole salary for my family (wife, baby, 3 step kids) and we will be in dire straits if I am unable to work soon. I wonder, is the reason of financial hardship, losing the family home, enough to warrant expedition? If so, could I get the EAD within a month?
We are very anxious. I'll head back to UK to work if I must, but obviously I don't want to be separated from my family.

Jan 3 - Sent documents to USCIS
Feb15 - Bio appt
Feb 19 - Fingerprints have been reviewed.
Got a job offer in March
March 29 - Requested expedite process through my congressman ( through the phone)
April 5 - Sent All documents/evidence to congressman to get the expedite request
April 22- Expedite Request approved
May 7 - New card is being produced!
It felt like forever!
Does anyone know how long does it take to mail the card after the card is being produced??
