Oct 12 EAD being produced
Finally!!!
After almost 7 months waiting.
Got the info that my New card is being produced.
RD : Oct 12 NJ , marriage based.
I suppose to get it this week.
Don't give up! Takes loooooong time. I know. If you don't think about it or pressure yourself it will come sooner than later.
It takes 6-7 months for most of the people to get the EAD. If it takes more time, than call immigration right away. I was planning to call them next week. Thank God I don't need to.

The rest stuck at Case was received and Fingerprints fee was received
In 2 weeks will be exactly 240 days Im waiting for my EAD and AP, already raised 3 SR, the latest ones they said me to expect answers by May 11 - 19
I try to be positive but the 4ever wait really gets in my nerve

What happened to my AOS case ?

Thanks for taking out time on this, on Dec 4th 2018 my case of Adjust of Status (concurrent filling with, 130, 148, 176, 131, marriage based) was received by USCIS, on 22nd Dec 2017 I received notification letters, Jan 4th 2019 I had biometric at Hackensack Center.
Post that my case is never updated on site/app, the notification letters says that it’s being processed in National Benefit Center, today it’s 121 days of processing.
I called to USCIS to open a service request but they refused mentioning that case is still in expected processing period (4 - 6 month at that time) today it shows 5 - 7 months processing time.
I am desperately waiting for EAD to start my employment and as of today I have absolutely no idea on its status.
Is all this normal ? is there anything I can do to get hold of it ?
Appreciate your advice.

how comes uscis at oct 12 processing, so what about oct 3rd filers...i dont see any oct 3rd filers get ead as yet like my self here...
