Interview Scheduled...Oct filer
Our I-485 case status just turned to "Interview was scheduled." Still waiting for them to send us the interview date. EAD still just says "case received."
Thanking God that we are at least one step closer to being done with this mess! It would be awesome if we could get the EAD approval soon as well.

After Interview
How long does it take for you to know if your application was accepted Or declined? Do they usually tell you the same time or tell you you’ll be notified in the mail?

September fillers
Any Sep filler hasn’t got ead yet?

Marriage-based
NBC
RD: Sept 18th

It’s been 7 months and 4 days. I heard NBC has huge backlog but I can’t believe it’ll
be that long. Raised 2 SR last week and call the help line this morning, the guy picking up my phone was nice but he said if I’ve already raised the service requests, nothing else he can do now and I should expect an update on May 4th, the latest should be May 19th. So one more month to go, I’m trying my best to be calm and patient even though the situation is frustrative.

Wait after wait
I applied I-130 for my wife when i was a green card holder. One year after i got the the notification by mail said I-130 approved, and i have to wait until her priority date become current. At the same time i got naturalized when her priority date became current around December 2018. I decided to submit i131 i765 i485 on December 17th by immigration attorney. As of today her I130 been approved for 600days,and i131,i765 and i485 are stuck on Finger print review was completed 126 days since i submitted. Do you guys think is it still going to take this long for my case to be Scheduled for interview if her i130 been approved for 600days,or it doesn’t matter ?
Should i call and talk to them? Sorry for my bad english.

Filed since December 20
Hi all that waiting months and months for ead but stay belive its coming soon by the name of God.

I receive a courtesy letter.

An initial review of evidence submitted with ur form i-485 application to register permanent residence or adjust status determined that form i-693 report of medical examination and vaccination record is deficient for the following reasons.

You will be required to submit a valid completed and signed form i-693 at later date.

If you receive an interview notice in mail you must bring ur updated form i-693 to ur interview appointment. Failure to bring form i-693 to your interview appointment may result in the denial of ur form -485.

DO NOT MAIL DOCUMENT AT THIS TIME. Mailing document before receiving once of this notices referenced above may delay your case.

Please can anyone advise me if the courtesy letter we have delay on my case or my ead card because have been waiting for 4 months since December 20 i filed but try to be happy with beer.

Y'all have good one and the spirit easter favor us all.

I-485 case evidence
Hi guys. Did someone here experience this;

No wedding pictures because we got married in courthouse and we really really thought that phones are not allowed inside the court. We did nor bring our phones. If the officer will ask us in our interview on Friday is this will cause a denial of green card?

Thanks!

EAD Expedite Approved Through Senator
Hi All,

I've been a silent reader for many, many months and just want to add my experience in case it's useful to anyone else:

RD: Oct 5, 2018
Field office: NBC

I-485 stuck on Fingerprint Fee Received

When they most recently pushed the SR date back for the I-175 I became desperate as I had a job offer I didn't want to lose. I emailed my local representative and both my senators. My timeline for that is as follows:
4/2 - emailed all representatives asking for expedite help, explaining my job offer.
4/4 - heard back from one requesting my offer letter. Scanned and emailed the same day. They submitted an expedite request on my behalf that day and told me I should hear back from them in around a week.
4/11 - followed up with Senator via email because I hadn't heard anything.
4/15 - called the Senator's office and left a message as I still hadn't heard from them. They called me back that afternoon to say they had just heard back from USCIS and my case was being routed for expedited processing but there was no timeline on this, nor any indication that it would go through.
4/17 - finally, after 194 days my status changed to 'Card being produced'

I'm now waiting for them to mail the card out but this status update is obviously a huge relief. The only thing that seemed to work for me was contacting my Senator.

I am sorry for the delays all of us are facing and the complete lack of information available to us. I hope all those waiting receive good news soon.

Ead printing status
Good morning. I just called USCIS regarding the tracking number for the ead delivery. They said it's still printing. They said it can take up to 90 days for them to deliver is this true? I hope the nightmare doesn't continue after almost 6months. Please someone can clarify me?

Thank you!
