I-485 interview
Hello guys
Did anyone experience this, you didn’t have a social security yet and your green card interview is ready. One of the required evidence is having both joint acciunts. I am a marriage based green card filer. I don’t have any joint accounts with my husband because he cannot add me since I don’t have my social security card number yet. What shall I do in the interview? Is this a cause of lack of evidence?

Biometrics: 03/25/19
Status changed to ready to schedule an interview: 04/01/29
So far nothing has changed about EAD.

USCIS received the case on 14th Jan
No status change for 85 days
Case went to ‘We ordered your EAD card’ on 8th April
10th April - We approved your case
11th April - Post office picked your card and got tracking details
12th April - Postoffice delivered the card in your mailbox

I am so glad that I received my renewal EAD , 2 weeks before expiry.

Still nothing this week too
It has been another month for me.... I filed 09/28 to NBC. I have been kicked out of work 2 months ago and me and my wife have been using our savings to live in our new apartment hoping I will get it. STILL NOTHING. Looks like I will be terminating my lease and selling my stuff to get some money and live somewhere cause her income is so little. Our life became entirely upside down since the past 3 months.
I didn't renew my existing EAD because the site at that time says max if 5 months and I had 7 months to go. So I just filled my marriage based EAD. But the office extended these days to 7 months now. So my employers will not take the renewal receipt for 180 days extension because it was filed for renewal address the expiry of existing EAD.
If there is anyone out there who can help us please look the struggle we are going through!!!

Am a Marriage based case from DE. PD November 5th
I sent my RFE response on the 1st of April and they received it on the 9th. If you had sent over your RFE, When after they received it did you get a response or EAD card. Its just been a long wait, it’s getting frustrated.
