My lawyer said I could receive the interview before the EAD but I’m not hopeful because Houston has a processing time of 1.5 - 2 years. Have raised 1 SR since March and got an email stated that I should expect an answer by March 29, till now nothing has happened. My lawyer advised me to wait another week then she’ll help me raise another SR.
My parents submitted the green card package (family-based, my sister is a US citizen) in March last year, didn’t get the EAD until November, which was 7.5 months later so I guess it’s almost there for myself, be patient everyone.

After getting this email when can I expect to get the result?

No Luck with EAD card! Guys please advise!!
Two questions-
1. I've been waiting for the EAD card. The case was filed last year Oct 11 ,2018. When I track I 765 it keeps on pushing the processing date to September. Its really strange. I check every day and after 29 September, the processing date moved back to September 2 ( this happened twice). How long I need to wait for EAC card for National Benfifie Center.

Finally!
After 197 days waiting, today I got a notification "New card is being produced".
No expedite, no calls to immigration officer and no contact with congresswoman.
Employment based. EB3.
RD: Oct 3rd.
My I-485 still shows Fingerprints were received.
My I-131 still shows case was received.

L2 EAD renewal and the wait
Hello guys,
My EAD expired today and renewed EAD has still not come. It's been almost 100 days and there is not update on my case yet. I raised an expedite request and got a response -
'Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* within 45 days.'
Has anyone else received such response? If yes, how much time it took for your application to be approved after this notice?

EAD & Advance parole...
My wife and I filed with our son for i131 & i765 - received by USCIS 07/26/18
My wife and I received our EAD cards on 11/28/18.
My 6yo son received an RFE on his birth certificate. We sent back the exact same original document (he was born in Australia) and we then got a 9/4/18 in progress receipt date.
We're now on 226 days of waiting, my out of normal processing request was ignored so I reached out to my Congressman who sent us a letter to say he was on to it. Hopefully that shakes the case loose.
It's kind of crazy as parents we can now travel but our son is still unable to.
Really feeling for people who are in fear of losing jobs because of these delays on EAD. Just an awful situation to be in.

EAD Expedite Chances

It is nice to read all of your experiences.. My receipt starts with MSC and on April 5 I have requested an expedite for my EAD (Marriage based). My AOS application was received December 10, 2019 and since then no updates.
My wife lost her job and at the same time I received a job offer. She even tried to get a loan from the bank to pay next months rent but she didn't get it due to her job loss.
Based on this I tried to expedite my EAD, if I do not get this job we will end up homeless.
However, the job offer expired on April 12 (company made a mistake) but I already signed it and sent it back. I also included an email in the expedite proof where my future boss says that he can push back the starting date (May 1) if I need more time which I thought is enough to proof that the job offer did not expire and that the company is willing to work with me.
I haven't received any updates, yet.
Does anyone have experiences with this? Is a job loss of the main sponsor reason enough to expedite??? When can I expect an answer? I am so scared, I can't even put it into words... We are about to lose everything if this is not working out... Especially since so many people who filed a lot later already received their EAD without an expedite...
I am hoping for some encouraging words as I am ready to hear good news for a change... The past days and weeks have only brought negative news.

Need Help! EAD through marriage
I'm going through a lot of stress right now because my EAD card hasn't arrived yet. It has been more than 90 days. Initially when I received it for my opt it only took 90 days to receive it.
Now I don't want to lose my job so I wanted to know if I'm qualified to get the 180 day extension to work.
I filed the application for i765 before my current one expired and I belong to the c09 category do i qualify? Or is my application considered new since it is for a different code?
The EAD I first receive is for OPT and I applied again(renew it) based on marriage?
Which comes first EAD or Greencard interview?
Anything will be appreciated.
