I have recently went to USCIS office (info pass) to talk about my case, the lady (VO) was so helpful. I have asked all the questions on how they process the cases and on what basis etc. She did explained me. I have here to give some clarity to those who is waiting from months for their EAD.
1. If you are waiting for EAD who filed i485 - Stop checking your i765 status, it is dependent on i485. If you call to expedite check where your i485 application is at.
2. Security clearance should be received to process i765/i131 - EAD
3. Marriage Base processing is easier when compared with Employment based (This will have extra verifications and validations on your documentation provided) - So do not compare with others cases and start worrying.

Not Receiving The Notices
Hi guys,
I applied for I 765 replacement in 1/28. First of all, I did not receive the notice of action, I called USCIS they said that they sent it and they gave me the receipt number and I made sure they have the right address. Now, my application status has changed to Request for Evidence Was Mailed, unfortunately, I did not receive the RFE request on the mail too. I do not know what to do, please if anyone has an experience like this let me know what to do, because my driving License expired 3 weeks ago.

Hi guys ! Someone had this experience? , i need know what happens:
I got 2 notifications in my screen of my phone from 2 different app ( app to see my status en UCSIS). it saids: you have a update on your case mSCxxxxxxxx from UCSIS , but when i get inside to the apps or the official page nothing has changed, can someone tell why this happens or same experience?

I have been a silent reader. This forum has been so helpful. I’ve been waiting for my ead hoping to get this month. The only letter I received was a courtesy letter for medicals. Is that a good sign? Please help

Frustrated to the Max - oct Filer
I am Frustrated to the max, my RD is Oct 11 completed Bio on Nov 15th and there is Update on I-765/I-131 or I-485.
Mine is employment based and i don't understand whats going on, today i have waited for 179 days and no update, i am not even allowed to raise SR as the wait times have been moved to 5-7 Months
Nothing against ppl who are filing based on Marriage and i think thats moving faster Employment based is stuck, oh God help us all ....

I-765 & I-131 filed in mid July 2018, hope something positive for upcoming Infopass app on 11Apr2019
I and my wife filed Renewal of I-765 (C09) and I-131 in mid july 2018 at NBC. Our actual EAD expired somewhere in end of Oct 2018 and 6 months automatic extension is due expire by the end of this month.
Completely out of my mind what to do, we will lose job, if it doesn't comes through before end of this month.
Logged several USCIS Case inquiries, wrote to congressmen, raised SR to USCIS Ombudsman. No luck from them so far, the only thing is a loooong wait.
The only hope left is the USCIS infopass appointment which is scheduled on coming 11th april 2019, lets see what it turns out to be...
