Earliest time to renew EAD/AP
Hi friends,
As I wrote here about 2 weeks ago, I have received my EAD/AP (an Oct filrer). I also received that smoothly as expected from the USPS without any delivery issue stories that some fellows write in this forum. But from now, I already have the stress of when to file for its renewal. The expiration date is 1 yr (end of Mar) but the processing time becomes longer and longer (currently ~ 7 mo). I wonder when is the earliest time that I can file to request for a renewal on EAD/AP. Can I do it in 4 mo (8 months earlier than the expiration date? Or even today!?

Health insurance for I-485
Hi friends!
The following question just came to my mind that bothers me! Please help me to learn its answer!
I work and I obviously have a health insurance but my employer does not offer health insurance for my wife and it will be very expensive for me to cover health insurance for my wife fully out of the pocket ($500 per month). I am expected to get a new job in the following months (need the GC for it) that will also cover the spouse. Now, I wonder if its is OK to not have a health insurance for my wife until the interview time and say when we get our GCs? Does the officer care about health insurance topic? Trivially, we take the risk that if some health issue comes to my wife, I have to cover all the costs as she is not under an insurance health coverage.

i-485 interview cancelled
hello guys,
uscis updated my case as a interview was scheduled on 13th of march. (online track)(and sent e-mail) and I got the letter from uscis it was saying that your i-485 interview date is 17th of april. but yesterday I got another letter from uscis it was saying that your interview cancelled... and then I checked my files through uscis online and it was still saying that "interview was scheduled". and they didn't send any e-mail or sms like they used to.
now, my question is; should I go to interview or wait reschedule? thank you...

I485 Interview Before Getting EAD update
Hi everyone,
For those who have received I-485 interview scheduled noticed before receiving any updates on their EAD and Advanced Parole, do you know if we should be receiving updates on our EAD and Advanced Parole soon? Or do should I just focus on my i485 interview to get the actual green card, and forgo the hopes of receiving my EAD soon? I’m itching to return to work I’ve heard that people have waited months after the interview before receiving the actual green card. My employer is asking questions about my eligibility to return to work. I hope to hear from my work permit application soon. But I have not heard anything regarding, though I do have my interview scheduled for May 8. Any thoughts? Thanks!
