Service request / expedite request status
Hi everyone, so couple days ago on the USCIS website I made a service request bcs my case went outside of normal processing time.
i also called tier 2 agent and she expedited my case as well, i saw on my USCIS account under the Case history tab a message saying that my expedite request was not assigned to officer yet and the same for the service request today it changed to these
On June 19, 2020, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number SRxxxxxxMSC, was completed.
On June 19, 2020, your request to have your case expedited, referral number WKxxxxxMSC, was completed.
i did not receive any email, obviously if they sent me a letter i havent got it cuz it was sent out today or will be tomorrow , just got curious what this could possibly mean, if any one had experience this please share your case.
i tired to chat with Emma live chat, the agent said to wait for a letter that it could ask for an evidence of financial loss etc.
