Are you NOW legally authorized to work question
For those who are applying for job positions while EAD is still pending, would you click yes or no for this question?
“Are you NOW legally authorized to work in the US?”
I think I should go with “no” since I dont have the ead card yet but if I click no, it seems like the computer system automatically excludes me from the candidate pool.
I dont know how people manage to get their job offer and do the expedite request through job offer. Are their companies that are willing to look into the candidates who answer “no” to that question? Or are people clicking “yes” and then explain the situation at the interview level?

L2 dependent visa -ead extension
Hello I’m in L2 dependent visa , I got my last ead only for 3Months as our visa was expiring in June . Now that L1 visa is being processed , and we have received the recipt no can I apply for ead extension . Or should I wait till our L1 visa gets renewed ?

EAD Card not received yet
Hi everybody,
My EAD was approved on 09/10 but my status changed to Card ordered on 06/09. I still haven't received my card yet and I don't have a tracking number either. Have anybody received their card with status not changed to card mailed? Supposedly, the USCIS agent said that if there is no tracking number, card has not been mail. I hope yo hear positive responses, thank you all!
