EAD processing times (October 2018 application)
Hi all,
I'm Ameya.
For my green card through marriage application, I applied for the following forms together on October 23rd, 2018 (I got the receipt notice for all for that date):
I-130, I -131, I-485 and I-765 c(9) at the National Benefits Center. We live in Chicago. I had my fingerprinting done on November 21st, 2018 and the case status was updated saying 'the fingerprints review was completed on December 5, 2018'. There is no update on the case after that.
I've been going through the forum and a lot of people have mentioned about expediting the case. Here are my questions:
1. How to expedite the process for EAD? Is there a number to call or a form to be filled?
2. What is the process for going through your local congressman/woman?
2. Are the times mentioned on the USCIS website almost accurate?
I appreciate your responses.

Still Waiting for EAD- Texas
Hello! I have been a silent reader for a while, here is my timeline, wanted to share in case anyone is experiencing this as well. I am married to US Citizen, we have been together for 7 years! but only married for 1 and 1/2 years.
Filed for i-765, 1-485.
USCIS received my case:08/27/18
Biometrics: 11/07/18
Case ready to be scheduled: i-485 on Nov 15,2018- no update since then....
Still waiting on EAD to be approved.- Called to get an update and they said my Biometrics had been received but that it was still under review...
Case is being processed by NBC and we live in Texas.
Anyone from Texas or same PD still waiting for EAD?-I am struggling since we are only on my hubby's income and I am a FT student :( --- just want to work!!!
Anyway! Good luck to everyone and hopefully we can get this over and with so we can finally take our honeymoon!!!

EAD renew for spouse, I have filed and mailed my I765 and 1145 on 12/28/2018, but for now I have not received any notice from USCIS, I do not know if they have already received my form. First time on 2016 I apply EAD is very smooth, from I mailed my form to received my EAD card only takes 2 month, but this time almost 1 month I have not received any notice, even no receipt number, Does anyone have same status or any advice?

EAD renewal pending 198 days
Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed? My renewal (C09) is outside the processing timeline listed on the USCIS website so I submitted an inquiry on Jan 2. Today, I called USCIS to get an update but was told that there was no officer to escalate to because my SR has not been assigned to an officer and I should wait until 30 days since I initiated my SR to escalate...

Tracker was updated today that interview has been scheduled on 17th jan, I checked my mail box today 23rd, am yet to receive the notice.

I-765 based on Withholding of removal
Any fillers here that have filled in August for EAD based on Asylum or withholding of removal? Around August 6-10? And if you did, thenis it with NBC? please share your experience with me! Have you received your card in the mail? Or have they updated you on what will happen? Thanks

EAD FINALLY APPROVED AND MAIL
This forum help a lot............................. My advise is that when you expedite please have a strong evidence and make sure you stay on top of them.... My experience that I had was very tough but with God everything is possible make sure you fax mail and contact your congress lady or man. Before you expedite make sure your application is between 4 to 6 months................................ Don't expedite when is 90 days even thou you have a financial situation they might decline it...................... EAD was mailed yesterday.

EAD 180 day extension Eligibility
Hey guys,
My STEM OPT is going to expire next month and my I-765 for C09 ( I-485 Adjustment of status) is pending (case received on 8/24/18) and hopefully I'm expecting new soon since it's about past normal processing time. My question is , What if I don't receive new EAD before the expiration date of my existing EAD , can I be eligible for 180 day extension?

EAD Approved But Not Update yet

My approval date was dec 26 but online status stiil case was received ..
So i call uscis call costmor center texas. . they ask me some qutions receipt number, date Of birth, mailing address etc..
They give me 15 digits number T1S022 **** **** *..and they saying 15 to 30 days
Wait more. Thye maill me deatils ..
can i received those days may EAD card ?
