Hi all,
Any November filers who got their I-765 with NBC already? My Visa is expiring end of month and althought I expedited, called and also contacted a congressman in my state - I'm getting the same 'you gotta wait' message.
Any tips are appreciated!

I received this email from USCIS on 01/08/19. Any idea how long USCIS takes to make a decision?
"We received your documents in support of your request to expedite the decision on your application. Your case is currently under review. You will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly"

August I-765 Filers at NBC
Hello Guys,
I filed my application (765, 485) on August. Have you guys heard back on I-765 approval who applied in the month of August at NBC? Would greatly appreciate if you can share.

Got my card
AOS with USC
Finally, my waiting time was over.
NBC
Here is my timeline
08/02/2018: Mail my Application package.
08/07/2018: USCIS Accept my case
08/14/2018: Got receipt in my mail.
09/04/2018: Went for Biometrics.
09/22/2018: Scheduled for an interview
10/22/2018: Went for my interview. It was ok. Told us they will let us their decision later
01/08/2019: Mailled my EAD card
01/11/2019: Received my card.
Total waiting time 5 months and 6 days.
It was not an easy waiting but with God, all things are possible.
Just pray and believe.
No RFIE, No lawyer, we filled all application at once by our selves.
With research, and went to my local USCIS field office for more information on part of the application that we didn't understand, they really help.
Finally, my waiting time was over.

Fort one is already expired since November
Did a service request and no answer yet
Contacted congressman and they said only senator can help with EAD out of processing time.
Contacted senator still no answer
According to their website my case is out of processing time
