CAT only attempt to get EAD - NBC quicker?
I am working with a CAT only recipient who was processed through the NBC. We were told by the immigration agency that we should only expect 6-8 weeks processing time since this is an initial application.

EAD expedite
I have been trying to call the customer care number 1-800-375-5283 for expediting my EAD. Not sure how to connect with the representative agent. It gives a lot of options, but none to reach a rep. Could some one help?

EAD help needed
can someone please advise looking at my situiation. i raised an expedite request and faxed the information uscis requested for on same day. later i even expedited using senator and sent the same documents to senator who expedited on my behalf.
I got a response from senator that my request is denied. but when i call to uscis and even spoke to tier 2 officer, all they say is they dont see any update on my request yet and they cant say weather my expedite is denied or approved.
Does it make any sense to again mail my documents to the address given by uscis. i am not sure if my faxed documents went to them.

Request to EAD
My PD is Nov 8th (2018).
Finger print dec 6th (my online status hasn't moved since)
Last week I did an infopass appointment, since I have a new job offer with a deadline of Feb 6th to accept it. The officer was very helpful and requested expediting processing on my EAD on my behalf. I also submitted a request to expedite once I came back (as the officer advised)
A day after I also had my congressman office send a request for expedited processing.
It has been 6-8 days since I did all of the expediting requests. Can anyone share their experience and timeline with expediting?

EAD WAS APPROVED... No update yet.
My EAD WAS APPROVED ON JAN 17 but status have not change. I call to confirm this morning to speak with tier two officer that I should get it in two weeks time.

Good morning, I receive two notice of action on my EAD and when I check online it says the both of the letters was return to the USCIS by the post office. Like I said I did get them. Anyone with the same experience?

WAITING FOR EAD
Does anybody had any experience calling the customer service and she told me my expedited request, there is decision on it but it does not show if is approved or rejected. That they will contact me by mail or I should keep on checking if anything update.
