RFE after 5 months
Hi everybody
I-485, i-130, i-131 and i-765
Applied from Brooklyn, service center NBC
Pd: 7/30/18
Received by uscis : 8/3/18
Biometric: 9/6/18
I-485 changed to “ready to be scheduled....” : 9/12/18
Today 1/9/19 status for i-131 and i-765 changed to “request for initial evidence is mailed out”
160 days wait, now back to square one!
I was thinking they don’t send rfe after i-485 changes to ready to be schedule.
Anyone with similar case ? Am i gonna wait another 6 months?

Hi, any first time filers for EaD and SSn. File in October and did biometrics in November 2018? Anyone received both? And who still pending?

Hi, had my interview yesterday. But my husband missed one question. After the interview she gave us a white paper that the case is under review.
And she asked me if I was denied visa in the past I answered yes, that’s was in 2016 and I applied again I was approved. Hope that’s not a problem

EAD and AP Expedite
PD: 11/16/2018
Initiated expedite request on 12/11 for I-131 due to medical emergency overseas.
Initiated expedite request on 12/13 for I-765 as work authorization expiring on 02/03/19.
Faxed and mailed supporting evidence (employer letter, utilities, house rent & car payments also mother accident medical documents) for both requests.
Congressman office sent supporting letter.
Biometrics: 12/19/18
I-765 expedite request denied on 01/03/19 (USCIS sent response to wrong email address).
No decision made on I-131 yet.
Any advice?
