EAD expedite request
I expedited EAD based on my situaition today as i have several bills/payments and my wife health condition along with my job offer.....and was told i should get an email by jan-9th if its considered.....but i received email shortly after the call like 2 hrs and all they asked me was job offer to submit....and i submitted as requested...they didnt ask me for any of my bills or anything else.....is it normal? or do i need to send other bills and credit card statements although they didnt ask me...pls advise

H4 Visa based on H1 with I140 approved.
Hi all,
I have few ques here. Me and my husband were in USA for 5 yrs. I was on L1B and my wife on L2 (later she got her H1 picked from her employer(L2-EAD)). I exhausted all 5 yrs of my visa and returned back and my wife stayed back.My employer applied first visa from out of USA and it got denied then they applied another category and unfortunately that got denied too but this yr my H1 got picked up in lottery and its approved but only till mid 2019. Now I want to apply for H4 visa but i have few ques:
What should I ans if VO ask :
1. Why are you applying H4 now?
2. Are you planning to work in USA? (my wife's I-140 is approved)
Please suggest what should I ans without making any complexity.

Dec-10 raised service request by calling USCIS. Received mail to prove the expedite(Dec-22).
Provided with medical bills and Job offer.
Dec-27- Expedite approved, status changed to new card in production

New card being produced
Hi guys, I received a good news today. My case status change from case received for the I-765 to new card being produced.
Here's my timeline:
- PD: Sept 24, 2018
- biometric : appointment for October 22, but I did a early walk-in on Oct 15th.
- Nov 19th: called us is yo request an expedite
- Nov 27th: get email that uscis received my request and I should received notice shortly
- Dec 7: contacted congresswoman
- Dec 11 : received email from congresswoman office that they put a request on my behalf
- january 3rd: new card being produced.
My field office is west Palm beach, go. And my case is at NBC.
When should I expect the card?
My I-485 still say "fingerprint fee was received" and all the other case was received.

How to raise Service Request and did any September filer (EAD for A18) receive their EAD approval?

Receipt notice: 26th September
Status: Case Received (99 days today)
Center : California
There has been no update in case status ever since. I have tried raising service request but the e request tool doesn't allow the same stating that the processing time is still in posted timeline.
Seems many people have raised requests. Customer Service Representative are also stating the same.
How to raise a service request ? Also did any one with application filed in september has received approval?

EAD Renewal
Does anyone know how far in advance it is necessary to submit a request for EAD renewal with form I-765? Also, does it have to be completed by our attorney or can we complete and submit ourselves?
