EAD not received.
My PD: July 5th 2018, for I-765 I-485 and I-130
On July 26 I recieved a RFE and I responded August 22nd.
My case went silent from then until October 29th I found my EAD approval notice in the mail that I was approved on October 25th.
It's now December 20th and my case status still haven't changed to approved and my card still haven't been produced.
I called November 28th and they said I should submit a service request which I did and they were to respond to on December 20th which is today and up to this point it still isn't assigned to an officer. I called and they told me there is nothing they can do cause I already submitted a service request and I should wait until December 28th before calling back.
When I asked about my biometrics I was told it wasn't required from me at the time. I'm confused anyone here have been approved and still haven't received their EAD after almost 60 days ?

333 day for ead
My Pd. January 18 2018 they received i485,765,130
Raised first service request on September 4 I got response on October 5 “ decision will be made shortly” after one month raised another service request and called ombudsman, congressman with no any response.. they were waiting on uscis to respond them. Only congressman told me my case is at adjudication officer.. called uscis tier 2 officer told me my case is on security checks since July just to wait.. and after almost three months from first service request Yesterday finally got update for ead “card is being produced”!! Finally! Thank God this has been a nightmare there is nothing worse than waiting without knowing what’s going on. It been total 333 days and now I am waiting next update card to be mailed so I can finally make my driver Licence. Thanks for help everybody I hope my experience helps somebody who is in same situation like I was

I'm a bit confused.
I have being schedule for interview for January 2019, but i did not receive any EAD card nor see update that is in production. I did not see i-30 approval too. I thought i will EAD comes first before interview and also the i-30 approval.
Submitted i-30, i-485 and i-765. Please is it normal for one to receive interview date without EAD?

L2 EAD Applied in September 2018 . Still waiting

USCIS received by application for a fresh L2 EAD Application on Sept 21. Today is the 89th day and I see no update whatsoever. I have got a job offer where my employer is expecting me to join on Jan 7 2019. And here I am feeling miserable. Is there anybody out there who had applied it in September. What is the procedure to raise the service request ?
What documents need to be furnished as proof for this service request
Can raising the SR even backfire on you delaying the case even further ?
My center is CALIFORNIA

I could really use some help and insights. I have an F2A EAD case, we filed I-485, I-765 and I-131 in Oct 2017. PD is July 25 2017 and current since Sep of this year.
I am based in Seattle and my case is at NBC. Here is my status
I-485 Fingerprints received
EAD/AP - application received
I have called the USCIS office countless times. Last response in Sep - wait for a decision shortly.
I have raised to Senator, Congresswoman and even Ombudsman. Nothing, same response (different text) that wait for a decision till underlying eligibility is confirmed or that your constituent filed using Date of Filing chart. Ombudsman office hasn't even heard back after 45 days of sending an inquiry to USCIS.
At this point, I am out of options and beyond exhausted. All I keep getting told is to wait. I am on H1B but due to some risk, looking at opportunities and interviewing with another company and would need EAD. It's a great opportunity and I would hate to lose. I had thought, I would have my EAD by now. My lawyer hasn't been much help except lament the delays. He says one option is to litigate and file a complaint against USCIS (I will spend about $2.5k on that). I wonder if anything will come off it or if it can backfire.
I wanted to ask if anyone here waiting has been this long for EAD/AP? Has anyone used the litigation option and had any success? Thanks folks for any insights.

EAD expedite -C09 With Job offer
Hi,
I called USCIS and opened Service request to expedite on financial hardships.
But they didnt say anything on this, request is still open to take decision. Trying ti reach Senator to get help but no response.
But now i got offer letter in hand with joining date 7th. Should i raise another expedite with job offer?
What else we can do?
Please suggest.
