Case changed from “New card is being prudeced” to “Case was approved”
My EAD case was denied, so i sent a i-290b. 1 week ago my case was updated to “New card us being produced” but today it got updated to “Case was approved”. Does it mean that, the EAD won’t be mailed? I’m confused

EAD RENEWAL (TIMELINE & COST)
Hello All,

It's officially 180 days until my EAD expires, should I reapply now or wait 120 days until expiration? Also do we have to pay the filing fee again? I just wanted to make 100% sure during this time and whether the USCIS offices being closed makes a difference for filing times.

Many thanks

Chris

AED
Hello everyone, I've been following this forum for a few months as I am going through the process of adjustment of status (married to USC).
- I-130 received since 12/10/19
- I-485 and I-765 received around 01/10/20
- Biometrics applied to I-485 and I 765 on 03/12/20
- No RFIE
- On 05/08/20 I noticed that they approved my I-130 and a notice was sent.
Would you please share your thoughts with me about what I should expect based on i-130 approval? I've been waiting on my EAD which I really need as soon as possible. Can the i-130 approval help out.
Thank you very much for your thoughts and advices!!!

EAD Expedite: Sample cover letter
Hi everyone,

This forum is helping me a lot with information. I'm a December filler and married to a USC. My service center is NBC and yesterday they change the processing time, was on October 6, and now is on September 7 for the I-765. I will expedite my EAD based on financial loss. Please, does anyone have a sample of a successful cover letter to share? I will send my financial documents and a job offer as well. Any help would be very appreciated.

Thanks!

EAD renewalVisa E-2 spouse
Hi there,

Just want to share my positive experience!
I recently received new EAD. It was an E-2 EAD renewal (no interview required). According to the USCIS website the processing time for these cases was 7 to 9 months!

Service Center: California
18 February 2020: USCIC received my Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization.
28 April 2020: USCIS approved my Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization and the new EAD was ordered
30 April 2020: USCIS mailed my new card
4 May 2020: I received my new EAD
Total time: 76 days

I think it means that turnaround for these cases should be much less than the website is showing!

Good luck to everyone waiting!
