PD 12/15/2017. I finally received my EAD/AP combo card. Very stressful as I had to wait another 70+ days AFTER I received an approval letter. But people from this forum have helped me a lot and it is my time to share my experience.
My total wait time was 213 days. My combo card was approved back in May but it was never produced nor mailed until this month. Turned out this happened because NBC never loaded my biometrics to the case, which is completely their fault.
My I-765/I-131 experience was absolutely miserable…but good thing happened too as I already received my interview notice for I-485.(I got my interview notice before my EAD card arrived.) My interview will be next month.
I am married to USC. No REF. Case received at NBC. Never asked to send additional documents.

My very first call to USCIS was made in Mid-May, asking where the heck my card is. From this point, I have dealt with so much nonsense with USCIS. One advise I can give: do not trust these people at customer support! They don't know anything yet they pretend that they know the answer. They are nothing but professional liars. Don't rely on their information. I was first told that my card was sent on May 15th. Then found out it was a lie. Then I was told that USCIS is supposedly send a card within 60 days of approval. That was a lie too.
The only thing worked for my case was congresswoman. My case would have been still sitting in the NBC today if I didn't receive their support. Service Request AND Infopass in my experience were absolutely useless.
