rejected your Form G-28
rejected your Form G-28, Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Accredited Representative, Receipt Number , because it was not filed correctly. If you wish to be represented, please contact your attorney or accredited representative to submit a new Form G-28 to the USCIS location where your case is pending.

Let me know if anyone has experienced the same when filing with ATTORNEY's and what is next steps in this case.

Losing hope
Spouse of LPR, Received by USCIS November 3rd, 2017, 257 days and still waiting.

Lawyer is useless

Raised multiple SRs. Last one was replied on 5/10 and said will receive decision within 60 days. Its been well past 7/10 (60 days). Requested expedite based on grad school admission, denied.

What do do next? DC resident, so no senator option. Congressman? What else?

"New Card being Produced"
Hi:)

My case status has been changed to "New Card being Produced" since last Friday (July 13), I am wondering what the timeline is before I get the card in hand?

Really appreciate your help!

EAD Approved - L2 EAD (a)(18)
Hi guys,

Finally my waiting is over. Here's my timeline:

04/13 - Receipt date
07/17 - Name updated / We are producing your card and will maill it to you
96 days in total

*No RFE, no congressman/ombudsman, no SR

So I was wondering what's the best approach with USPS. I know some people had problem with them.

I have informed delivery but should I ask to hold my mail at the post office or should I just wait at my home and keep tracking it?

Thank you and good luck to everyone.
