I-130 Denied
Question Guys:

If I-130 was denied for my husband due to two documents submitted for his divorce degree from his home country. First we submitted a divorce degree for his divorce from home country, then received Notice of Intent to deny from USCIS saying that divorce was not final, then went back and got a final divorce degree again and sent it in, now denied for two documents on file and cannot provide authenticity of the second one we sent it.
Please what is the best way to proceed?
1. File a new I-130 or
2. Appeal within 30 days, sitting reasons why mistake was made for getting a divorce first that was not final and then got the second which by all means is final

Please advice on what we should do, anyone with same issues or friends with same issues should please provide advice on how to proceed please. Would appreciate greatly your input and what is best to do at this hard time. Thank you all as you comments

After hearing nothing for ~10 months, just received an email that an RFE was mailed out. Hopefully they are processing all Oct 13 applications now since it seems a bunch of us are stuck.

EAD Renewal and extension
I just received my EAD and have some questions about renewal and extension. How long before the expiration date can I file for EAD renewal? and does the EAD automatically extend for 180 days or is it only after I file an extension I receive a letter saying its valid for another 180 days?

June 2018 EAD filers
I filed my EAD in June and I currently work with my OPT which expired 7/23 in the hospital and I have a pending AOS. I made an expedite request twice, one by Tier1 officer and the other by immigration officer both request denied. I recently reached out to my Congressman and this the response they got from Uscis " Your inquiry and attached documentation in support of your constituent’s request for expedited processing (Form I-765 Employment Authorization) has been forwarded to the adjudicating officer who has been assigned the case. If your constituent does not receive a decision or other notice of action within two weeks, you may contact us for an update."

Please is this a positive response? I have to have my EAD within 30 days otherwise I loose my job, any info would be greatly appreciated.

Can I work with the EAD while my green card is processing? I saw some websites said the employers usually want you to have the green card in hand. Thank you so much. Will keep this updated.

L2 EAD Latest Timeline
Good Day!

My L2 EAD (a18) was filed on June 18th through courier and then status was updated saying 'On June 20, 2018, we received your Form I-765'.
It is sent to Vermont Center.
I know it normally takes 90 days, but I just wanted to know from your experiences with this center , how much time will it take to get the card so that I can look for a job.
Can I apply for a job and appear for an interview while EAD is in progress? Will companies entertain me for job offers while EAD is yet to get with no estimated timeline.

Please advice.
