What does it mean for EAD/AP if I-485 ready to be scheduled for interview?
Hello all,
Finally got an update on my case after 251 days that my 485 is ready to be scheduled for an interview. What does it mean for my EAD/AP? Should I be hearing about those cases as well?

Card is being produced!
Hello everyone!
Finally after 140 days case status changed to card is being produced!
Here's my timeline:
Applied for EAD c9: 2/16/18
Got receipts: 2/20/18
Biometrics appointment: 3/21/18
Card is being produced: 7/10/18
I applied for the travel documents at the same time but only EAD status was updated on the USCIS website. Aren't they supposed to come together?
Please let me know if anyone has applied for both.

Wait Time: 256 days
Several SRs, reacher out to Congressman, Ombudsman talked to L2 officers on like bi-weekly /monthly basis.
We've been told that an officer was assignd to our case on June 1 2017 - and that the background check was blocking the EAD.
We even submitted an expedite request on the grounds of my husbands company losing money if he can't travel. (they just closed it not even requested evidence, assuming this is because it was already assigned to someone to work on it)
EAD: 7/09/2018 - CARD BEING PRODUCED
Idk how long it will take to actually get receive the card - some people say 4-5 business days.
Anyway, it seems like a portion of the October filers got unblocked and the background checks finally came through... and we're finally getting our EADs ... for the rest of you, hang in there! I'm sure there will be more cards granted next Monday.
It's finally moving after such a long wait YAY.

Any January Filers!
Has anyone gotten their EAD yet? Our PD is 01/26 and I spoke to someone at USCIS yesterday and they said they are currently processing beginning of January... but we all know how that goes.

NJ License with EAD and Indian passport with pending 485
Hi,
need help in knowing if I can get license in NJ with approved EAD card and Indian passport and address proofs,bank statements.
I am on pending I485 and approved EAD and I am no longer in VISA status because of my pending 485 and my I94 is expiring in 3 months.
Can I use I94 as proof of my arrival and provide all the other proofs mentioned above to get my DL in NJ?
Any help would be appreciated.Any one has received it this way ?

I'm f4 category filing with my parents; my aunt filed for my dad 14 years ago.
My parents did not get update on their I765.
10/26/17 USCIS got my applications (I-485, I765, I131).
12/01/17 Bio
1/05/18 Requested address change for I485 -> 1/13/18 request approved
1/24/18 1st SR for EAD
3/16/18 1st SR response (wrong address on the request; they took 2 months to say that I made an typo on my request)
3/28/18 2nd SR for EAD
04/11/18 Ombudsman request (No response so far)
05/07/18 2nd SR response (we're reviewing your case, will make decision shortly)
05/12/18 SR for undelivered i797 for I485 (not assigned)
07/06/18 I485 update: ready to be scheduled for an interview
07/09/18 I765 update: new card is being produced.
Took 256 days. they are finally producing my EAD!
Hopefully I'll receive it soon. I think they are finally working on October 2017 application.

Work employment card
Hello the first ead card got lost in the mail. We had to pay again to get a replacement card. I asked for it to be expedited then they send me a form with a fax number 8162512290 I have been trying for 2weeks . They have stopped his SSI payments thank you for any help

After waiting approx, 5 months,I received a status of Request for Initial Evidence Was Mailed and received nothing yet. The financial pressure of single income, the anxiety of unknown what document needed to provide and long waiting period are depleted us emotionally,financially and physically. Has anyone encounter the same situation of evidence request? I sincerely hope that my EAD process will not be delay too much since I really want to work.
