Have any of you guys November friends received EAD?
Praying for us all! Remember God has a bigger plan for us. Dont get depress on this waiting period.. God is bigger than our plans and He is setting up victory for us.
Keep your head busy with volunteer work, gym etc and your heart full of God's love that things will get better!

140th day of waiting....
Quick Question:
When i callled cust service to enquire my case, they added a new enquiry request for my case, but it does not show up in case history in my uscis account ???
Is this new enquiry gonna help though ?

Finally!!
Finally, after 5 months, my status has changed to card in production... Let's see how long that would take too..
I strongly believe that contacting the Ombudsman office helped a lot as well as congress office. They send an expedite request to the Immigration office and by doing that, your application goes to a priority group where they finish it early.. It took me 4 weeks since I have contacted the congress and the Ombudsman offices.
Good luck to all and please don't just sit and wait, contact officials (congress, ombudsman, senator) because the immigration office isn't doing the process in order...

EAD validity dates
While my 20th Oct application is still pending (^&$*((&%&!!!), i have a question. What "valid from" date you get for renewed EAD when it is approved before expiry of previous one? Is it date of approval or it becomes valid just after initial EAD expiry date? Please answer those with renewal experience, no assumptions please. Thank you.

Still waiting for EAD card..!!
I had my biometrics taken on December 7th. Haven't received the EAD card yet. Is this a normal wait time or there is a hold up..? Any info will be appreciated. I also want to know if the delay has anything to do with my state and city and the necessary steps to take at this time. Thanks

Super long wait for I765 (10 months wait and still nothing)
Submitted application on 04/20/2017 based on I485 pending
Never heard back.
Started calling and submitting SR in October, 2017.
Multiple service request since October, 2017, kept on telling me it's still pending.
November, 2017 still pending.
January, 2018 still pending.
Contacted senator as well.
Has job offer on the line.
Don't know what to do anymore. Tier 2 officers kept on hanging up on me saying they don't have new information.

Finally EAD card was mailed to me
My case is with NBC. Married to US citizen, Below is my timeline. I am still waiting for my card. it is still with USPS.

New Card is being produced - Feb 13, 2018
Card was mailed to me - Feb 16, 2018
I raised 3 SR based on the job offer I have, contacted congressman, I don't know which one worked out for me but I am glad it is finally going to be here.
USCIS is working very hard. I saw only one issue in this whole process that is USCIS customer care or tier 2 officer have very limited access to your case so there is no point in getting on their nerves. It is very hard to be patient in this whole process.
Suggestions-
1) it s very important to find a reason that why u need to expedite the process. there is a criteria on the USCIS website.
2) Try to take infopass appointment every week if you can and explain to them how important it is for you to expedite your case.
please let me know if i can answer any question.
