My EAD Case - Expedited Approval
Hi Guys,
These threads have been extremely helpful for me and my case, so I thought I am going to share my story here.
Case received by USCIS - February 24th, 2017
Biometrics done - March 29th, 2017
I received a job offer for June 2nd, 2017. First I felt very comfortable due to the 90 days processing time. After finding out that that is not a thing anymore and reading through all your posts and delays, I got nervous. My father in law (I am currently having a pending AOS) knows the local congressman personally, so he took the matter to his office asking for advice. The Staff Assistant recommended us to file an expedite request for the EAD. So I submitted offer letter, benefits summary, letter explaining the case and why I need expedite, and a letter from my future employer explaining the job, why they want to hire me, and why it is important that EAD will be needed June 2nd.

I am not waiting for the card to come in the mail. I am super relieved that the expedite request was approved on day 63.

Hi guys,
Did anybody have similar experience? I raise ST on EADs for my parent on day 99. Here is the message posted on website for my mom's case on day 100. Nothing for my dad's case.
As of April 27, 2017, your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, referral number xxxxx MSC, is on hold while we request your case file.
What do you guys think? Are they just transferring the case to the officer who is going to review the case?

I'm filling from Texas, through marriage base, and my case its being process at the MSC.

Status changed online "Ready for an Interview" 02/24/2017
Raised first SR (Day 75) 04/04/2017 (Completed on 04/11/2017 without an answer)
Raised second SR (Day 90) 04/18/2017. That same day in the afternoon I checked my status online and it had changed to "Card Being Produce" (Even though my email alerts were always on I NEVER got an email or a text message with notifications on any of my updates.

Hi All,
I submitted my i485 & i765 forms on Dec 20, 2016 & they were received on Dec 22,2016. My case is a family based case. My father, who is a USC, is my petitioner. I’ve been waiting for a very long time and getting very upset, frustrated, sad, inpatient, etc. Today is the 126th day. I have not received anything since the Biometrics notification. No RFEs either. I wonder if anyone has been waiting this long too. I sent the paperwork from California and it is being processed at the MSC (NBC).

Texas Service Center I-765
Has anyone here have their Form I-765 process in Texas Service Center? I'm wondering what's their processing time. My I-765 is being processed in TSC.

Hello guys. Does anyone know how long it takes to approximately receive EAD card because on the USCIS, it says up to 90 days, but it has been longer than that for me and I am a little concerned if everything is fine.
January 12, 2017 - MSC Received my I-360, I-485, I-765 forms (Priority Date)
February 4, 2017 - Notice date for biometrics
February 24, 2017 - Biometrics completed
It's 103th day and no update regarding any of those cases, especially I-765 that I really need it now.
