How long for I-131 ?!
Wondering if anyone can help me as i am a little confused about when i can leave the country...

Today my I-485 changed to "Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview", and my I-130, I76 & I-131 have all remained as case received. I understand my EAD card will hopefully change to "card processed" soon, however can anyone tell me from experience when they received their Travel document, is it with the EAD card or do i have to wait until after my interview?!

I am in Florida using the West Palm office and my biometrics appointment was on 3/26/17

Thanks in advance ! :)

If anyone could also advise on how long between the "interview scheduled" update and the actual interview itself that would be great :-)

EAD/AP
My i-765 online updates shows that " NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED" but the i-131 says case was received . Is my EAD card going to have also the AP? and why is my i-131 not saying that my AP is approved?

I765
I765 i360 i131 filed together thru lawyer. I read some other forums that i360 takes about 6mos for a desicion a notice mail usually over 30days. I'm not sure if that need to be approve first before my EAD

My question to any one is i haven't recieve any i797 notice over 6wks nor my lawyer. I did send in a good character records from the police.

No bio yet. I'm thinking maybe they're just using my record letter and prob mail me the card after they review it. I don't know.

Any exprience? Thanks

Work Permit
Hello everyone!
I have a question about the EAD or work permit.
We sent in the Green card application along with the EAD for my husband.
They asked for more initial evidence, which delayed the process of the green card, of coarse, but would that also delay the process for the work permit?
They received it at the end of November and still no word.

Expedite EAD question
hey ,

I have an EAD expiring Jul 2017. Can we expedite the EAD based on severe financial loss due to the upcoming expiration or is it too far to expedite?

Thanks,
Saranya
