Answer to Separate Biometrics Appointments for I-485 and I-765
I just want to share this information with those who may have same question.
So I filed my I-485 and I-765 separately and received separate biometrics appointments for each. When I called the USCIS general public hotline to ask about this, I was given the textbook answer that I have to go again because I got two notices. However, today, I discovered the USCIS Military Help Line. My husband is in the military and he filed the I-130 for me, which is the basis of my I-485 and I-765 applications. In short, I called the military help line and got a very detailed answer. The assistant told me if my first biometrics appointment is within 4 weeks of the second one AND they stamped my first notice during the first appointment, then I may disregard the second biometrics notice. If however, the first one is not stamped, I'll need to call them back for further assistance. I'm going to check tonight and I'll udpate this post if I call them again tomorrow.

RFE for EAD
Hello All,
I had applied for EAD in Feb last week. However, I got RFE and I have submitted the documents once again. I am not sure how much more time it would take. Could someone give me more info on the same? Does the 90-day clock start from 0 once I resubmit the documents or does it start from where it was left off? Can I expect the card by May last week?

4/4 card was being produced
couple days later received approval notice for EAD and I-131 (Travel)
4/12 card was mailed, i didnt get a tracking number though.
hopefully I'll receive the latest Monday....exited for my husband.
(he got his for 2 years)

Online status changed to card in production on March 31st 2017
Card mailed on April 10th 2017
Card received today April 12th 2017 in my mailbox.
The ones still waiting on an update on their EAD, stay strong and hang in there. This difficult time of waiting will pass. It was not easy for me to be patient and check the online status every day, but eventually the waiting came to an end. Good luck everybody

how long after EAD approval notice
got an email that card was being processed 04/04/2017
and received 2 letters dated 04/04/2017 on saturday 04/08 and one on monday 04/10 that they approved him for I-765 and I-131.
how long until they mail it out?

Today April 10, 2017 I received the letter and it says they received the application without valid signature. Also please have the person who helped prepared the form sign in the designated area for the preparer. They sent me the form which is already signed but the preparer's signature is not on the paper, i guess the person that helped me prepare it forgot to sign. Now I would like to know if anyone had an experience like mine, and did this make your process restart from day 0.
