3rd Feb : My Attorney sent the application to USICS via Fedex- It would have been received in 2-3 days.
We have not recieved the receipt number yet. My attorney found out the reference number from the encashed check.
However, when I checked the application status online , It says that they have received my application on 2nd March- which is one after we send. what happened in these 46 days ?
Did something similar happen with anyone ?

I submitted my docs on jan 27
And didnt get my biometric appointment
My online status was "case was received"
And today march 16 the status is " new card is produced:
In how many days i will get my card

How to apply for a SSN with a EAD card
Hi everyone,
tomorrow i want to go and apply for my SSN with my EAD card can somebody please tell me what documents do i need to take with me to the SS office, please and thank you so much. I call the SS office last Monday and they said that i have to get a permanent resident card first but my lawyer said that i can apply with a EAD card as well, but I don't understand want documents do i really need,,,,,,,once again thank u

EAD I-765 delay at MSC, filedDec 6th, '16
Hello everyone,
Wanted to ask if anyone else experience similar delays when when filed for EAD extension at MSC (Missouri). I've been doing it for many years and this is unusual.
12/1/16 sent paperwork (exactly 120 days prior to expiration of EAD).
12/6/16 paperwork filed and case # assigned.
12/18/16 received the note that no biometrics are needed and last year's will be used.
2/19/17 (day 76) made SR online
3/3/17 received an email that "decision will be made soon" (standard reply to SR).
3/14/17 made another SR via phone. it's day 99 today...
As per USCIS, they currently processing application received on 11/29/16, but same date has been there for at least a week, updated rarely. My job HR emailed my twice, I'm about to lose a job. Feeling frustrated.

Hi Guys,
I would like to share my experience. I filed I -485, I-130, I-131 and I-765.
This my time line:
PD: 12/19/2017
Biometric done: 01/19/2017
Since then nothing.
I filed everything to NBC. I am waiting for my ead. Does anyone have the same situation.?
Any idea when can I get my ead?

Hi All,
Is there anyone else out there who applied for AOS in November and still hasn't got the EAD approval? My PD is November 28, 2016 so today is my day 105.
I submitted 3 SR and called the customer service several times but I feel both were just a waste of time. The people who work there are useless...

Hi! I really need help!
Im married to a us citizen, we sent i130,i765,and i485 to chicago and we got a receipt that it arrived on December 28.th.
I had my biometric on February 7.
My i485 say its waiting to schedule an interview.
I tried to do a service request on my i765, but they said, since my i130 is not approved yet ( it still only says received) I can't do anything, not even service request.
Anyone any idea what to do?

I finally got it. This process test patience like no other. It took around 90 days.
December 3. 2016 submitted I765 (mailed documents to Phoenix AZ). My advice - do it via mail, dont apply onlline because then you have to do biometrics.
December 6. 2016 USCIS received documents.
February 19. 2017 I made an inquiry (it was 75th day) and I was told that I have to wait because they are checking principal alien's visa (spouses' L1).
February 28. 2017 new card was approved
March 1. 2017 approved Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization
March 3. 2017 card was mailed
March 8. 2017 received card
It was processed in Laguna Niguel, California. Card is good for 2 years.
Be patient, think of it as a vacation, dont stress.
