Hello Friends, Married to US citizen , and filled i485,764,130,131 through a lawyer ,
PD is 12/19/2016 , receipt number starts with MSC, today is the 95 th day , raised a service req on 77 th day , reply was as usual with in the time limit
my all forsms status saying case was received ,
does anyone know before my EAD accepted does the i 485 has to change to ready to schedule the interview ? , does anyone have knowledge about this . Please let me know .. i am really tired of this whole process

My time line is as follows:
AOS documents sent - Dec 10 2016 (I-485/765/130/131)
AOS Documents rec'd by USCIS Dec 13 2016
AOS receipt rec'd Dec 31 2016 (and I have MSC code)
Bio-metrics notice rec'd Jan 16 2017
Bio-metrics done Jan 27 2017 - South Florida (Kendall office)
After waiting more than 100 days, and calling USCIS twice, I was given the same information that I saw online and that really did not help at all.
SO.....yesterday, I took the advice of the other bloggers and went see my congressman. The congressman's staff called the USCIS right then and there, and got an update right away.
I was told that due to the delays in processing stemming from the volume of Work Permits to be done, I will have mine "in hand" in two weeks from yesterday.
I was also told that our I-485 documents(Green Card) has been transferred to the South Florida ( Kendall, Miami) office but that office is currently processing applications from Nov 2016 and therefore is 4 months delayed. This means that our interview will be sometime in July/August 2017
I hope this helps those of us who have been waiting and going crazy doing so...

Been silently watching this thread for a few weeks now, finally had an update today so I thought I would share.
Processing at NBC:
PD: Dec 16, 2016 (I-485, I-765, I-130) UK citizen married to US citizen
Bio: Jan 17, 2017
Jan 27: Ready to schedule interview for I-485 (no update since)
Day 75: Submitted SR
Day 76: Contacted Congressman
Day 90: Submitted second SR (this time both SR's answered same day, first SR was pending until then)
Day 98: Received SMS case update, logged in, "card being produced"
I'm an Olympic Gold medalist at impatience, it's been driving me nuts waiting so I'm not going to tell anyone "just be patient, it'll come..."
I took the Congressman route as this had been advise by a few people on this forum, however, while the Congressman's office was very helpful, ultimately it had no effect on the processing time.
I have seen a couple of posters say that they have been waiting a couple of weeks for the card to arrive after their card was produced, so I guess we'll see how long mine takes!

Good morning guys,
For those of you who got an update on your ead case, did it outline "new card is being produced," or did it outline "your ead has been approved??"Mine jumped from, "we received your I765 for Wok Authorization Employment" to New card is being produced. Is that normal??? I mean, shouldn't I get an approval notice first?
If any of you guys get the same messsage as me, how long after you see new card is being produced did it take for uscis to mail your EAD Card??? Or how long did EAD take to reach in your mailbox??

Missouri Service Center (NBC) delays.

My application timeline to NBC is as follows:

>Applications received by USCIS on December 12th, 2016

>Last updated date on all cases was December 28th, 2016
Since then, I have heard no word about the applications. Today is my 100th day since my applications were received.
From browsing the forums, I noticed that delays have been severe with the Missouri Service Center, aka National Benefits Center.
I'm trying to be patient, but I'm becoming more anxious. Could anyone else share their MSC timeline, or indicate any recent approvals from there?

i applied for I-131,I485 and I765 on feb 3rd,
i got the notice of action on fef 15th,
i got biometric letter in mail for both EAD and i485 bar coded, on march 17th scheduled for march 28th,
interesting part is that my case got updated for EAD which says the card in being produced before i show up for finger print.
i have some questions and would be appreciated if anybody can help or had the same experience
1) how is that possible without FP i get EAD approval ?
2) i applied for advanced parole and EAD at the same time but the AP status is the same, arent they suppose to be a combo card? i am a bit nervous if my AP didnt get approved or they did a mistake on my case and get the card without AP.
3)will my I485 become smother on approval while my EAD got approved or still need to sweat ?

Hi guys,
I hope every is fine. Any news about ead for the people who send their file mid December or after? I know NBC is working pretty slow, i filed my my I-765, I-485, I-130&131 concurrently . I got bio done in January 19th, since then I have nothing. No updates nothing.
