Still awaiting EAD and AP from filing I 765 on Aug 28th 2019.
Biometrics on the 4th Oct 2019.
Still no movement on anything
EAD has now gone past the processing time and filed service request.
How long does this typically take? anyone had a similar experience?

Application Received by USCIS and receipt date : 7th Jan 2020; Vermont Center
Type: I-765, H4 EAD
Can anyone tell me if I can expedite the process? Also, do we have any one whose EAD was approved with application received date later than above?

I just got update my card was mailed to me but i did not get tracking number . Can someone suggest me do i wait or just make a phone call to uscis ? Any suggestions appricated.

The process has been so long and I was very frustrated with this waiting.
But this morning, I got a good news! My EAD has been approved!
This is my timeline:
PD: 10/8/2019
Fingerprints: 11/20/2019
RFE: 12/9/2019
RFE received by USCIS: 01/20/2020
Request Service for RFE: 3/24/2020
EAD approved: 4/8/2020
Even though I am still waiting for I485, at least I can feel a little bit released.
Keep thinking positive and stay healthy!

Hi,
Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get EAD after interview is scheduled? Or after getting fingerprints applied to i-131? Is there any relation between those waiting times?
My interview was scheduled on 03/09 and fingerprints applied on 03/14.

My case status was updated and says my name was updated on April 1. I didn’t request this update. Has this happened to anyone else?

EAD expedite approved
Hi all,
Does anyone have any recent info on how long it takes to receive EAD + SS once expedite has been approved?
My timeline for anyone curious-
1. Applied for initial EAD on 02/14/2020 (on L2 visa, which I received in early FEB)
2. Obtained receipt number over the telephone around 03/17/20 (did not receive in mail for some reason, ? slow mail due to covid-19)
3. Requested expedite over telephone on 03/20/20 as I am an RN - needed urgently here in NYC
4. Expedite approved on 03/27/20
5. No further news or mail...
P.s application is being processed in Texas, I live in NYC. My online portal still says 'expedite received' although I have an email saying it has been approved.
