i-485, i-765, marriage, nyc, nbc, november 25/2019
Hello, posting my experiences.
-i 130 approved on march 30/2015
-i 765 approved on april 18/2016 worked for 2 years and than lost the job, tried to live with help from my friends, family and wife.
-i 485 denied on september 20/2016, because i overstayed the visa and my wife was not an US citizen
-n 400 my wife approved on october 17/2019
Filed again
-i 130, i 485, i 765, i 131 on november 25/2019
like many of us i am waiting for my i 765:
they received on 11/25/19
fingerprints were taken on 12/19/19
tried to expedite on 01/23/20
got a rfe that day and case is stop,
send response for one week, case is continuing,
tried to expedite for the second time on 3/18/20, they gave me an fax number, i emailed cause i tried to fax and also i faxed after some days with a ethernet fax service, I have no idea if it went through, regardless of that my expedite case is very week, i just tried, but still i have no response.
on 03/24/20 fingerprints for i 131 has been applied (i thing this is a good sign since previous cases when they get this after 1 month or 1 and a half month they get the i 765, but who knows...)
Now i am just waiting...

Work Authorization Card Lost
Hi everyone. I recently had my wallet stolen by an Uber passenger, and this wallet contained my work Authorization Card. I’m planning to apply for a replacement card, has anyone ever been in this situation, and know how to go about this process? Any help is appreciated.

Has anybody experienced approval of form I-131 (Advance Parole) but still waiting for approval on the EAD (I-765) ??
This seems to be a kind of weird situation but is just happening to me..

L2 EAD - Receipt not received
I applied for L2 EAD (New) and sent the docuemnts to Texas lockbox via UPS. It is showing as delivered to USCIS on 16th March 2020. However, I did not receive any receipt notice. Just wanted to check if it is ok not to get receipt notice even after 3 weeks.

I read some people said during this pandemic SSA office closed and they are not produce NEW SSN CARD
