I have a question regarding if someone had an experience who has filed 140 ammendment fafter company merger. My labor & 140 was filed through company A and approved and before filing my I-485, company B merged with company A and now company B is the successor. Company B filed my I-485 with new offer letter which has same job, place, salary as mentioned before. My lawyer just provided the offer letter and merger proof documents while filing I-485 without ammended I-140. It has been 6 months now after the filed date and last week I just got a notice saying my case has been transfered to NBC. Is it necessary to file ammended I-140 in my case? If yes could you let me know what I can do now as I wont have a way to file it as my I-485 has already been filed 6 months back.

Any idea till when Nebarska has processed EB1 cases. Mine was filed on 31-May-2017. EAD was received on 19-Sep-2017.
Also if someone can provide any information about the interview that will be helpful.

as per USCIS TSC site it says, I140 for EB!3 - Multi national manager. the processing time says May 16 2017. but my PD is 25 - April- 2017. My case is still pending . when I check with USCIS for raising Service Request they are saying, for I140 , your employer has to raise the request. But my Employer and attorney saying wait till 60 to 90 days to raise the service Request. USCIS usally will not follow the Processing time which is posted. if I didn't receive status by 90 days then they will raise a request. please advice how long it will take to approve the I140 after Processing time mentioned in USCIS site.

My I-485 was approved & Green Card delivered on Sunday.
One thing I have learned is that no matter what you read here, no matter what dates & times you see on USCIS website or the Visa Bulletin, there is literally no telling how long an application will take and what steps it will go through. Sometimes the online tracker will update, sometimes it won't. Don't pin your hopes on ANY of those things.
I filed a full adjustment package and there was no movement on any of the applications (I-485, I-765, I-131) and even though I filed service requests when I could, my lawyer told me on Monday, December 18th, to expect another 8 month wait, to prepare for an interview (all employment based AOS applications are now being interviewed) and hopefully the EAD/AP would be approved some time in 2018. And then a few hours later I got a flurry of texts and notifications that my card had been ordered. I literally didn't know if it was a mistake, which card it was, and also didn't allow myself to get excited until I had the notices and card (whichever it was) in my hands. As you can tell by the title, it was my Green Card, and it arrived on Christmas Eve (which in itself is a miracle as that was a Sunday, and the day before Christmas). Best Christmas gift ever! Good luck everyone & all I can say is, no matter how frustrating it is, you've got to trust the process.
