Should I do Premium after 11 months waiting?
I submitted i-140 for EB3 GC on February 2017 at Nebraska Service center. The site with processing time says it's processing June 2017 but in reality my case is still on received status.
Is that wise to do Premium processing now? My lawyer says people with premium processing are going into RFE. What should I do?

Hi All,
I filed I140 and 485 concurrently on January 9, 2017 and up to now, my lawyer still hasn't updated me anything on my I140 status, is it normally I140 took this long to approve? it's almost a whole year......
Can I put in request to see what is going on?
My nationality is China.

Date transferred to NBC vs Field processing time
I'm trying to estimate when to receive interview notice. I filed AOS EB3 on 06/05/2017 in Seattle WA. On 11/22 case was transferred to NBC. According to some people here, it should take 1-1.5 month to get interview notice. However the field processing time for Seattle/WA office is showing the "as of date" of 12/06/2016 which is 6 moths before my filing date. So would I end up waiting 1-1.5 months or 6 months? - Thanks!

Presenting Supplement J form during interview
Hi,
I have a quick question. If you present your supplement J form during interview, does that change I-485 processing in any aspect?
My timeline is:
I-485, I-764 & I-131 receipt date at NSC on 07/03/17 for EB2
Received combo card on 11/23/17
Case transferred to NBC on 12/07/17
Now, waiting for interview call !

Case transferred to NBC - 11/27 - I have not received EAD/AP
put in service request on 12/7/2017 - nothing happened
Called USCIS service center - asked L1 to transfer to L2 - He was very nice person. Told me that your I-765/I-131 were sent for Background check on 12/22/17.
Did any one go through same experience?
NO EAD/AP - 134 Days.
