Anyone with Newark interview experience?
Is anyone here with the EB interview experience in Newark? If yes, could you please share in details such as questions asked, documents you need to provide?
I don't see a lot of experiences by Newark filers in this forum.
Will highly appreciate.
Thanks

Supp J when go to interview
HI all,
My interview will be coming in November. I didn't submit the Supp J since I filed I140 and I485 concurrently. However, do I need to bring Supp J when I go to the interview? Does anyone get asked for supp J during the interview?
Thanks.

Question re the date of GC issuance
Hello everyone,
EB2
ROW
I had my interview in mid Sept. and still waiting for approval.

A question for those who have received their GC, what is the issuance date of the GC:

1. the date when you had the interview (even though at that time no visas were not available because of the retrogression), or

2. the date when 485 is approved.

GC interview experience
Hi All,

Thank you all for all the posts and sharing your experiences on this forum.
I am going in the process of getting the GC through employment (EB2) and have the interview scheduled in November in Santa Clara, California office.

Has anyone gone through the interview there and doesn't mind sharing their experience?

Thank you in advance!

i485 - After Interview RFE
Hi guys, my timeline is on previous posts.

It has been 151 days since my interview in Fairfax, VA (employment based). I got the sentators office to make an inquiry a few weeks ago and got a delayed response (its in my previous post).

On 10/15/19 I got an RFE letter in the mail, requesting my most recent I-94 and to confirm what visa/my legal presence in the US was, from May 2017 (my last entry into the US) to June 2018 (when my I485 was filed).

My Lawyer got the documents together and sent them right back.

The most frustrating thing, is that the officer already has these documents.

Is it just another delay? Tired of waiting now.

Important question
Dears,

I would like to know if anyone knows if at the interview they could ask for previous year tax return even if the applicant had no EAD at that time ? I mean if you received your EAD only three months before interview would they ask for previous year tax return?

October/November Current Visa
Hey guys - for those who had their interviews in july/august/september for employment based but didn't get green card because the visa wasn't current, did you receive any status updates since October 1? (i.e. card in production). It seems like folks who interviewed in October already got theirs. Thanks!

EB1C GC after interview
Hi,
My priority date is May 30, 2017 and my interview was done in December 2018. Everything went well and they mentioned that it will move further for printing when priority date is either current or met with mine. I haven't got any further update since then.
As per visa bulletin the priority date is back dated to 2015 for EB1 India, but I wanted to check if anyone with similar situation still got GC or any update happing. Thanks.
