Guys,
I was given 221g on 20th feb, it was showing AP toll march 2nd
My Employer didn't got any mail either me got any call or mail
But suddenly on March 3rd status is showing refused and last update is still 20feb
Shall I consider this as rejected or what should I do now

221G AP - HYD Client Vérification

Can anyone share the experience if were in the same situation like me. I have already posted in the forum earlier Kane777 Feb 28, 2020 11:56 AM
I got an interview done on Feb 18th, VO issued 221G with AP. client received the verification email on Feb 20th and they replied back on feb 25th. With incorrect details, it’s been more than 10 days since they have already replied and just got to know that they have verified me with an other project details which was not listed in my H1. The verification email consisted of relation, project start and end date, job duties and if it will be extended or not after 6 months.
Please can anyone let me know what are the possible outcomes? Are there any chances of re interview or will ask for more documentation ? Is there anyway I can involve my attorney to write an email to consulate ? Or ask the client to write a new email saying the details provided was incorrect.

Status issued
What is the meaning of status issued.My status has been changed to issued on March 4. Should i need to wait for some other status change or email. I haven’t received any email. Checking the visa status online

First I would like to thank everyone in this forum for sharing your queries and knowledge. It has been a great help for me in clearing multiple doubts I had and also preparing for the interview.
2nd March : Biometrics.
Fingerprint and photo just takes 2-3 minutes.
I had applied for a new passport after booking the appointment slot. So it took around 30 mins as the team was mapping my new passport number with DS160.
3rd March : Consulate Interview
1. Is it extension or First time H1B? (A: First Time)
2. Job designation
3. Company name
4. Do you know your rights
Your VISA is approved :)
4th March : Administrative Processing
5th March : Issued
6th March : Collected Passport.

My ds 160 Visa status is Refused.

Doc submitted for H1 and H4 - Feb 28 2020
Application received - Mar 2
Admin Processing - Mar 3
Today, Mar 6th it still says admin processing for both H1 and H4.
Usually I see Admin processing only for a day or 2.
Did any one has similar situation with Dropbox application?

Hello, I work for this fortune 500 corporation. They said they will apply for my H1B in 2020, its written in my offer letter as " xyz corporation will pay for to obtain proper work authorization". Can I sue them for breaking their promise & denying to apply for my H1B?
I bought a house & has invested a lot of things in terms of living because of their promise to apply for H1B & PERM, now they are stopping both processes. Can I sue them for compensation?

Dropbox Approved - Hyderabad consulate
My wife and I submitted went for Dropbox (change of employer) and below is our timeline.
28th Feb - Went to Dropbox location around 10:15 AM . Dropped our passports and documents DS-160, Visa appointment confirmation, I-797 old and new. This process took about 45 minutes (wait included)
29th and 1st March - weekend no update
2nd March - Morning - Application received, Afternoon - Administrative Processing
3rd March afternoon - Both our statuses changed to issued
5th March - picked up in local Blue dart location.
Overall, it was a fairly smooth process. Thanks for the folks in this forums for sharing their experiences.
