There is company called R-tech.us in USA and they also have branches in INDIA and CANADA.
One of my got cheated from these guys. They took 5000 dollars from my friend for applying for visa.
They said they will give back the money in case if he didn't get visa then then the money will be refunded. They said it will be security deposit and will be refunded. But they are not responding. My friend have a proof of payments. offer letters from employer and also telephone conversation..
are there any lawyers whom my friend can approach and file a case.. The only reason for this is to avoid any other people getting cheated from the companies like this..
These guys are fraud and they take money from you and will never get back to you.
they cheated many guys.
Also for those who are going to do business with these guys please be careful... never register for any course or for job.. these guys are fraud..... i will upload some more documents regarding this fraud company..

H1 Stamping at Chennai
I am going for H1 stamping on 15th Nov. Finger printing 14th Nov.
I have following 2 questions :
1. I am going for in house project. I have Project SOW for interview. what is chance of acceptance ?
2. I am going by train to chennai Central on 14th Nov. I will be reaching there at 12:30 pm. What is budget hotel near hotel to consulate or OFM ? can I book hotel after reaching chennai ?

H1 and H4 stamping exp at Hyd Conulate - Nov 1st
Hello,
I have been following this website for last couple of months and it helped me quite a bit to prepare myself with documents required.
I scheduled for OFC on Oct 31st 4PM and Interview on Nov1st 8:30 AM at Hyd consulate.
OFC is very smooth and it took only 5 minutes to complete the whole process. Mobile phone are allowed here but should be kept in silent mode. you will be allowed 15-30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Visa interview- For 8:30 AM slot we were allowed inside only at 8:30 but please plan to be atleast 1 hr before as there will be huge crowd waiting in line outside the consulate office.
We were asked to keep the documents as below
At Gate
1) Passport
2) Appointment confirmation
At counter
For H1
1) Passport
2) DS160 confirmation
3) Appointment Confirmation
4) Fee receipt acknowledgement
5) I797 (xerox only - If xerox is not available then they are taking original)
H4
1) Passport
2) DS160 confirmation
Next your finger prints will be verified
You will be given with a token number and will be asked to wait for your turn
Here VFS personnel asked us to keep the following
H1
1) Passport
2) DS160 confirmation
3) Appointment Confirmation
4) Fee receipt acknowledgement
5) I797 (xerox only - If xerox is not available then they are taking original)
6) I129 and LCA
7) Exp letters
8) Client letters if applicable
9) Project description and any other project related documents with details

Finally after a long wait our turn has come

Since the new process has started, OFC appointment is must for all those who appear for the VISA interview first time after Sep 26, 2012.
Good LI have already been ten printed twice, still I have to schedule OFC appointment on 5th Nov, 2012 for my H1B.

Just adding the experience. My interview was on 1st Nov in Mumbai.
I already had two L1's from same employer. My case was easy, as I was going back to same BEP employer and client. Client also is a well known entity.
Questions -
Can I see LCA?
Were you on L1 before? (cancelled all expired L1 visas)
Going back to same client?
Salary (he checked if all salaries are matching - LCA, petition, BEP letter and my answer)
Are you a programmer?
Who is the client?
Location?
To my wife - marriage date?
any children?
All straightforward questions. At the end - visa approved, 3-4 business days. Took about a minute.
