I just find out correction in my Ds160 & my interview date has been already scheduled.
Please help me on how i can change DS160 without changing interview dates.

H4 Interview Cleared!
Earlier I was a bit apprehensive about attending the interview alone as my husband had gone to US immediately after our marriage in August. Moreover, I had quit my job only after marriage.
Fortunately, the interview was very easy to get through.
At OFC (31-10-2012):
It is a quick process and if there isn’t much crowd you’ll be let inside well ahead of time in case you arrive early. They ask for your name and your date of birth before taking the photo and fingerprints.
Interview (7-10-2012):
Just before my turn, VO noticed a person trying to get to the counter breaking the queue. This highly upset the VO and he started complaining about such behaviors.
Wait for your turn patiently without pushing forward if you don’t want the VO lose their cool.

H1B & H4 approved in Hyderabad consulate
Hi,
First of all i would like to thank you for immihelp on helping me to prepare for the interview. This section was very informative for me to prepare for my interview.
OFC
------
My OFC appointment is on 5th Nov in Hyderabad. it was very smooth and hardly took 10 mins to complete the whole process. Here they are not taking finger prints for child < 7 years old.
PI
My Personal interview is on 6th Nov @ 10:30 AM. We have reached very early around 9 AM and not allowed inside. We were waiting outside and they allowed before 40 mins.
@ gate, they check your DS160, Passport and Appointment confirmation
Inside after security check, they'll ask below document and they bundle is together

H1B Visa Experiance
Hi Friends,
Thanks for sharing the experiance. Let me add up my exp also here so that some can refer.
Day 1 : Biometric
1. If you have interview somewhere like 09/10/11 in morning, please plan accordingly so that you reach on time. I had interview at 10 and I had left from Powai at 8.45 only but still since the traffic was worst reached the venue at 10.
2. Ensure you get down to OFC building for Biometric and not to Trident Building where Visa Interview takes place. Me including many other gone to Trident Building. If you reach late, and if u go to wrong building , this may add up your tesions
3. Rest is just a procedure inside the OFC, there will be initially security check to check if you have any objects which was not be carried, then you will be provided a token which will have number and they will ask to wait for your turn. It is a speedy process unlike Visa Interview. In your tuen, you will provide them your DS 160 Confirmation First page, Appointment letter and passport. They will take your photograph, finger prints and seal the DS 160 Doc and attach a sticket with a barcode to your Passport. You will need to bring these to ViSA interview.
4. Before you leave, one guy will ask you if you want courrier services. You can take the form ( free ) so that you can fill it and bring during the visa interview
Day 2 : Visa
This is a very strenous procedure, really tests your patience :). I had interview at 7.45 and I had reached there at 6.30 only but the time I came out it was 11.00 !! well, strain apart, end result will be sweet. Though most of the below steps will be anyhow told there, I will just mention for your referance.
1. Initially you will asked to stand in Q where huge crowd will be there. Ensure you were standing in rite Q. There will be immigrant and non immigrant Q separately. You need to be in Non Immigrant Q. In Key the Visa representatives will check your Appoitment letter, passport and first page Petition. They wil ask you to fold it and hold, rest documents you can have in your file.
2. As first Q progresses, you will be asked to ensure you dont have any Mobile, Remote Car keys, pen drive bla bla..then once u get in you will be checked thourougly by securiy.
3. You will be asked to Sit on chairs for some time and then they will allow inside. Inside, first thing you will have to do is get your biometric verified. After that, they will attach a token number to passport and you will wait for your turn. The time to wait on chairs outside and waiting inside for your turn is where maximum time is consumed
4. When you turn comes, they will ask only Passport, Petition doc. If requiired they may ask more.
Questions asked:
a. Who is your client ?
b. What do they ( client ) do ?
c. What is your salary
and finally " You Visa is approved, Have a Good day " ..wooow. Thats it.
Then head to Courier and hand over the form which you collected during Bilometric, pay 300 bucks and head back home happily.

Confusion reg LCA
My husband and our Visa(h1 and H4 ) is approved. But the Officer dint take the LCA.She jus took the Passport and DS160. Will it create problem in receivung the visa. Kindly give inputs.Should we give our LCA also. She dint ask for it. We are confused

H1B stamping for Wife & Husband
We booked the appointment time & date for both of us at same day. It was the US election results day. Reached consulate around 9:50AM and our appointment is at 10AM. went inside the consulate and finished the formalities like security check. First counters are for verify the passport and staple I-797A,fee receipt, appointment letter & DS-160 conformation page. We have to proceed next to a waiting area for our turn. We were told to keep it ready the LCA,I-129, employer letter & client letter, resume, pay stubs and project description. Since we are family we attended the interview together even though we have a seperate H1B's and appointments.
Me: Good morning How are you.
Vo: Good morning How are you doing.
Me: Are you following US election. ( As it was a US election results day ( Wednesday Morning Nov 7th))
Vo: Yes... Obama got reelected
Vo: Please provide the passport & I-797A. I will complete your interview first and take your wife H1B interview next.

My suggestion is please take all the documents expecially I-129, LCA, Client letter and pay stubs. He is look each and every details but if your documentation is good you dont need to worry.
