If you are a BEP employee, you may not have a login. In that case you can find the UID from your appointment letter. It will be mentioned in the page where the fee details are mentioned.

OFC was easy on 6th Nov and here are PA questions on 7th Nov

I have appeared interview on 7th 9.30 AM. my visa is approved.
i tried to track my passport by dialing consulate and feed My UID. it is saying your docs are with counseler post?
What odes it mean?

Hi ,
I have attended interview in chennai on Nov7th.
Vo : Good Morning sir
Me : Good mMorning
Vo: GIve me your documents
Me : Gave all the documents but VO took only passport and BEP.
VO : So you work for ZZZ, Seeing my company tag
Me : Yes
VO : Which client do you work in YYYY state?
Me : Said i will work for YYYY client
Pause .. and he was some work on system for 10 -15 secs and didnt ask any question then i asked him a question :)
Me : How was your day
Vo : Great and again started asking question
Vo : How much do they pay you in US?
Me : YYYY X$ per year
Vo: Waving his hand said the final words your visa is approved and you will get it in 7 days!!!
Be cool there is nothing to panic..VO oficers are really cool and they are ready to approve anything ... !!

After all the verification they clicked a snap and take your finger print.
On 7th i went Chennai Consulate:
The question are as follows:
VO: How r u sir?
Me: I am Fine thank you. How r u ?
VO : I am Fine tank you.

Visa Interview
Today is my turn to blog the success story.....
Out appointment time is 11 AM but we went around 10 AM and the crowd was minimal.
Came inside the consulate by 10.30 after done all the preliminary check and done the following things
counter 1 - Verified the passport and DS 160 in the same counter for both of us
Next counter - Taken the finger prints by foreign lady (USA Facilitator)
Went to the interview building around 10.45 and the VO officer seems to be very young and very polite with the candidates.
Questions are as follows:
Whos ur employer?
Whats ur highest qualification?
Whos ur client?
How long you have been married?
arranged or love marriage?
and finally he said our visa is approved and we will be receive the passport within 7 working days....
We thanked and left from consulate. It's a very simple process and be confident while answering.

H1B Interview experienced in kolkata consulate on 07/Nov 12
Hi all,
I have attended OFC on 06-Nov at 15:00 PM. the process is simple, we have reached consulate office before 1hr and not much queue, waited 30 min. they do check your passport and Appointment details. next step, register your details in the system based on DS-160, passport and Appointment details scanging through the barcode. next step would be photo session and fingerprinting. the overall process would just 5-10 min that's all for first day. they would intimate you that you would need to go for your tmr interview before 30min prior.
Next day 07 nov Visa interview, will decide your travel to USA or not based on the outcome of the interview. we have scheduled interview at 8:00 AM, reached at 7:00 AM in the queue, security will check your passport and appointment details. you will get into another screening your documents, they will help you to arrange your documents accordinglly. they will give a token and stand in the queue system. next is the final interview with US consulate will call you.

Give all your documents properlly as you got it from prv step.
VO:look at your documents and pack DS-160 and passport aside, throw all the other documents to your side.

VO: why you have choosen kolkata instead of hyderbad/chennai, bcz my case here i am from bangalore and attaended interview in kolkata. so becareful about the answer.
Me: I have answered like i didn't get the appointment as earliest and planned to go USA in the next week.
VO: how many people from your company are travelling?
Me:I said, i am not sure, maybe 50 people. he didn't say anything.
VO: looked at mywife and how long you have been married?
Me: YYYY YYYY XX
VO: golden words.....thxs madam
congrajulation ............. your visa is approved.
Me: thank you very much sir.
come out from consulate and another conuter outside, you need to give your details to courier passport.
That's alll guys.
Be ready with your all the document,read carefully and answer properlly.
