i attended the visa interview in chennai.
i asked about the client letter but i gave details about the Internal Project which iam going to work.
but the VO gave me Blue form 221(g) to submit the client letter.
Please can any one tell me should i need to submit the same internal project description or should i need to get client letter from my employer
Pls guide me

Can any body let me know why is USCIS showing 2007 H1 cases as pending that were recieved on May 2, 2007. As per my knowledge almost all the applications recieved same day are displayed pending. What had happened to such cases. Are they going get papers. Please reply.

Given 221(g) white sheet
Hi,
i have given h1 B visa interview in 14 sept 2007,
as usual visa officer ask me all the educational and exp details,
i have given all.
just he gone inside with my exp letter,
after 10 min ,he came back and handed over me a 221(g) white sheet ,he said
your local company is not genuine,and said just withdraw your application otherwise u will not get visa next time and u cannot apply from any where in the world,
though iam working in that company from last three years.
i have given a written paper and withdrawn my application.
almost 100 percent my visa is refuse.
SURPRISINGLY
just today i got a email from USCIS
regarding my h1 b visa.they email me like this
Your H1 B visa Reciept number is------------------ and we have reopened your case and reconsidering and we will notify you with in 30 days.
If any body know whats this mean why they reopend my case,could anybody help me out

221(g) White Sheet got on 10th sept 2007
I approach to US consulate chennai on 10th september 2007 and visa officer handover me a 221(g) white sheet.
After 7 months i got this information from USCIS,
does anybody had this situation when applied to H1 b visa,
My question is can i get the positive response.

successful H1B stamping in chennai in APRIL first week

Thanks to the website and all the guys who share there valuable experiences.I have been going through the website for the past 6months and it was of great help for me.
I booked my H1B slot in dec but since some other guys from my employer were given pink slips my employer asked me to cancel my appointment.Finally after going behind them and getting the docs i went in april first week.
I stayed in a hotel very near to the consulate just 5 minutes walk .My appointment was at 1:00.I went at 12:15 to the consulate.After finger priting and all ,i went to the counter.
Interview:
VO :goodmorning how r u doing.
ME :Great mam thank you how do u do.
vo:mmmm good can u give me ur ds forms.
ME:sure passed on the docs.
VO:Which branch u did ur engg
ME:ELECTRICAL
VO:HOW long u r working in ur current company
ME: 3YEARS My current company is among top 5 in india .But the other vo asked another guy why r u leaving such good company and joining small company in US and created lot of problem for him.
So i was prepared for the question.But she didnt ask me .
VO: Can i see ur current company docs
ME: Passes on offer letter ,payslips for one year bank statemebnt for 1 year and form 16 for 2 years.
VO:How big is ur employer in US
ME:blah blah aout the company for 2min
vo:PROJECT internal or client
ME : INTERNAL
PASSES ON PROJECT REPORT which is about 30 pages
vo:plz explain the project sir
ME: BLAH BLAH
vo:ur visa is granted
ME : SORRY(I couldnt hear the golden words)
vo:ur visa is granted sir .
me :thank u mam .
can i collect the passport at the end of the day.
VO: It will be courieried.
ME:THANK YOU MAM
I was well prepared for the interview.
I went in formals.
I arranged all the my docs with index.when i opened my file VO could see the index and all the tags on each folder. I didnt take any time to give the docs.i could see guys bringing docs in big covers and searching there .That gives wrong impression.
