Immihelp is very good site .

I am silent memeber of this site and going through the exp. posted by all frnd for the past 6 months and it really helped me to prepare myself for the interview and its gave me lot of idea abt how to answer.

I was called at Window No-7 at 0345PM with 3 candidates by TOKEN NUMBER a young American Guy was there and he was very suportive and frndly guy. 1st candidate came with his wife and got VISA, 2nd candidate also got now my my turn came i was waiting outside for his singnal to come into the cabin. They signaled me and i entered into cabin and

Came out from the cabin and then visited to mahalaxmi Temple and collected my passport in the same day
i would like to tell u some thing when u would be in front of VO
1. Reply clearly to VO so that he can understand u better
2. dont speak loudly be cool and shuld be smiling face
3. hav faith in ur self and hav CONFIDENT
and ofcourse dont forget TO ALL MIGHTY GOD
NB- pls carry xerox copy of HDFC receipt (pink color) at the time of passport collection at the vfs office in the evening.

Hey...First of all I would like to thank god and then Immihelp for guiding me to get a H1B visa on 11th of Feb
I reached the Visa counter and wished VO (Madam) Good Morning,She is very pleasant and replied back Very good morning.She verified all my certificates and experiences from previous companies.She asked me explain the project description and Company reletad info. in US.I explained about my project description and the interview went for 30 mins.Finally she issued me Visa.
Friends,Be confident and donot neglect any thing in the FAQ given by Immihelp

Got H-1B Visas for me and my wife
I attended for H-1B Visa renewal and my wife for a fresh H-1B on Jan-17th. Before she was on L-1 Visa. The VC asked me how long have you been working in your XYZ company and gave the Visas. He said that there is a minor administrative work from their side to get electronic copies of our H-1s and it will take a week to send our passports and as said we received them in 1 week.

Got H1 after 221g blue from chennai
Hi all
really today is my day.I got my passport with stamping after 2 and half months of submission of documents to 221g.
Initially I have attended interview on Sep 20th in chennai.then I got 221g for project description.Later my employer took 2 months and send them on Nov 16th, on which date i got married.I have submitted the whole set of documents in VFS hyderabad on Nov 30th with passport.As I was asked to send passport initially,I was expecting the result within 1 or 2 weeks.But it was all waiting for me and my husband asking me to apply for H4.When we consulted attorney for this, they said that after getting H4 my chances of getting H1 are 50 - 50.But I don't want to lose H1 so waited.
Finally my confidence and waiting worked for me and I got my passport today.People who got 221g blue will get the change of status in VFS site.So don't worry who are waiting for ur turn.

I got the documents in last week but it is incomplete. They have given the reports of employees who are citizen of US only.They have not provided the report of other employees who are on H1B. The US Company is having very less people around fifteen, and only three employees are from US citizen and the remaining on H1B.When i ask this same to my employeer he told that we dont pay any wages to H1B people, so we are not providing the report. He told that you dont know the US laws. This is our final report and you have to go with this document only and we are giving assurance that you will get visa with this report.
So iam very confuse whether i should go, or i have to force my employeer to give. Iam sure that if the visa officer is not satisfied with the report he will definetely put my cas under AAP.
So please people help me who knows more about this case.

My wife has got her H4 . Initially when she went to consulate they have asked my first 3 months banksttemtns as well my pay slips and i-797,129 and LCA , she forgot to drop LCA at VFS . She got her H4 on saturday ..

1.9.30am,entered into consulate after cheking all documents.
2.submitted the documents in a counter where in all the required ones are kept in a blue folder by them after finger printing and all.
3.There was a big Q.after a wait of 1hour in the Q, my turn came.This is how it went.

mine:yeah.
V.O:CAN U SHOW ME U R DEGREE CERTIFICATES?
MINE:SHOWN
v.o:Yours is a consulting company?
