Self petitioning widower (I-360)
Dear all,
My wife was a US citizen who passed away few months ago. I'm still shocked. I have a daughter (1.5 years old) who's us passport. I'm from Bangladesh. There's us embassy in Dhaka. I can't file my petition (i-360) here in Bangladesh as because there is no uscis office in this country.

I have been trying to find where to send my petition and when should I make the payment for the petition. I am having trouble to get the correct information in this regard. Can anyone tell me where should I send my petition? If the answer is uscis lockbox then which one? Phoenix, Az or Chicago lockbox?

When and how should I make the payment for the petition (petition fee $435)? After the approval of the petition or before?

Thank you.

Reaaply after I 130 and I 485 got denied
I married USC in Oct 2014, and i filed on July 2015 got ead sept 2015, first interview on Dec 2015 after that no response from USCIS after several calls, info pass, on March 2017 got another letter for 2nd interview scheduled for April 2017 we went and no separation for the interview and everything was okay not until we got a notice of intent to deny, due to improper divorce of my ex-wife through customary court instead of High Court decree which has been processed before the interview but it was decree of nissi, we responded before the end of 30 days given after we discovered the problem but it was too late. we went back to remarry after getting the absolute divorce decree and presented it it as our defense, unfortunately it was denied bcos as the time i marriage was consented i did not qualify to married my wife.
On June 2017, we receive deny letter with option of appeal on i 130.

We refile again on first week of July with maximum packages of our documents including pics of vacation and flight ticket within and outside US.
sent by express mail 5th July cost $35 by usps
received and acknowledge on 6th July
check cash on 10th July
receipt received on 17th July
Biometric letter receive on 21 July
Biometric done 24th July

does it mean we will going through expedite process, will they still call us for interview?
kindly advise

New application for green card
Hello everyone,
I am really hoping some one can help me. As my visa is expiring in less then two weeks.Little bit back ground, we have been married for two years finally applying for green card. We are doing all paperwork by our self, have couple of question before we lodge our applications.
we are doing both petition and adjustment of status application together. We are bit lost after reading all articles online and going through the multiple website.

 we think we need to submit the below forms on the first package;

#I-130
#I-130A
#I-485
#I-765
#I-693

My main question is when do we have to lodge I-864 form. As we are doing joint sponsorship ( my wife and I am sponsoring my self showing my business income back in Australia). I dont have my current tax documents as in Australia we do our taxes end of July also my wife was student and didnt have a proper job until this year.

If anyone can advice us , we will appreciate a lot.
Cheers

115 Days Still Waiting
Hi All,

I am USC petitioning for my spouse today is 115 days after our interview. We were told it would be 120 days before reaching a decision.

We will reach 120 days this coming week and there has been no updates on our case status since the scheduling of our interview March 15. We have an InfoPass appointment scheduled for 7/17/17. Prayerfully, we will receive an positive update.

Does anyone have any experiences they would like to share about Infopass or with Los Angles, CA?

Thanks in advance for your time & replies.

Family Based Immigration Visa For Single Parent in Gujarat, India
I have researched a lot on the below questions but could not find any relevant answers—please read and help!

Background:
Divorced mother with a 14 year old boy undergoing family based US immigration process (filed by sibling). I got divorced 4 years ago—family court in Gujarat has given me full custody with visiting rights to my ex-husband. The court judgment also stated that my boy is older than 9 years of age and therefore, the court cannot compel him (my boy) to meet the father, however it is suggested that the boy should have a father figure. I am trying to prepare for my upcoming immigration visa interview at an embassy in India and had the following questions:

Questions:
1. could my visa be rejected based on the custody situation (i.e. visiting rights to father) of my boy?

2. If yes, how best can I prepare for the immigration interview so I can get the visa approved and can travel with my son to US?

Lost I-797 notices - Will I need these for Marriage based green card interview
Hi Forum,
I'm getting a marriage-based green card.I have received my EAD but i lost all of my i-797 approval notices for i-765 and i-131 along with the receipt notice for i-485, i-130, i-765 and -131 during an international trip. I do have a picture copy of the receipt notices and the original EAD card.

Will I need these notices for the interview later, especially if I have the EAD card? I did some research and I can replace the approval notices by submitting i-824 form. Anybody has done that before and how long does it take to replace all the approval notices?

Thanks!
