Interview scheduled - Oakland Park, Florida
Hello All, heres my updated timeline. Well, the wait is finally over.

(2015)
July 24th - mailed i-485, i-130, i-765 (concurrent filing)
Aug 7th - received receipts for all 3 of them
Aug 13th - received notice for Biometrics scheduled on Aug 24th
Aug 24th - biometrics completed - OakLand Park, Fl
August 31st - status changed to "Ready for Interview"
Sep 23rd - EAD approved
Oct 1st - received my EAD
Oct 20th - status changed to "Interview Scheduled on 24th Nov 2015"

But i have a small complication...

I am travelling abroad on 24th Nov 2015 (interview day) at 12:40PM. I didn't apply for Advance Parole thinking that my interview will be scheduled prior to my travel date, but now it's clashing... I will carry itinerary with me if that helps.

IF my Green Card gets approved on the spot, can I request the IO to stamp i-551 on my passport and leave the country. Or do I have to cancel & wait until i get my GC via mail.

How long will it take for me to finish the interview and all the formalities + waiting time, assuming that my appointment is early morning ? (approximate time). I mean will I be able to make it to the 12:40PM International Flight

Is USCIS stamping i-551's these days ? If yes, can I get one.

Any suggestions ? - will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks a lot...

I-864

I am a Green Card holder petitioner mother and have household of 2, me and my intending immigrant daughter. I am not working, so can't file the form I-864 to sponsor my daughter. I am a dependent mother on her Tax return.

My daughter is working and earning more than poverty guideline for 2 household members.
In this situation can she become a sponsor herself? What forms I and she have to fill out at the time of filing I-485 or later on, instead of I-864?

Please guide me properly.

Thanks in advance.

Please advice
my case was received and approved by uscis, I got a letter that says, it has been forwarded to NVC. Now my question is, I lived in dubai for a year but no longer there, I know that NVC requires police certificate from every country you lived for more than 12 months. I can't get a police certificate from dubai cause I'm no longer there, what should I do? How is this going to affect me? Would just a police certificate from my current resident be enough? Please advise.

Regarding F4 Visa
Hello,
I have a doubt with my F4 Visa. My mom's sister had filed an F4 for us and our case was approved and we are half way through the processing. But my name (since I crossed 21 years of age when the approval came) went missing in the approval letter but later we filed an application under CSPA for myself.

My real issue is with the Visa IV fee payment, as initially the fee was invoiced only for my mom, dad and younger brother and my name was not included. But later after we paid IV fee of 325$ for each of them, my name has now come up with a fee payment status as "Not Invoiced" while it is "Paid" for the rest. We further moved ahead with processing and filled the IV form online and had send the documents through courier for my family except mine.

Its been over 3 weeks and still my fee payment status is " Not invoiced".

I am in dilemma whether to wait until I get a notification regarding my case or to contact the NVC.

Any assistance in this matter is appreciated.

Also I would like to know, how long does it take for the NVC to schedule a visa interview after the hardcopy of documents are send.

We also had some mistakes in the IV form that was filled online and I would like to know whether its possible to make the corrections during the visa interview or should I write to the NVC regarding the same.

Thanks & Regards,
Nik

I-130, I-485 and so on. It will be rejected if he is only a pensioner? or It doesn
Hello everyone,

Can anyone give me an advice? I'm kind of worried. Me and my husband applied for I-130, I-485, I-864, I-131, I-765, G-1145, G-375, G-345A (for me).

I come here for the first time in US with B2 VISA on Feb. 2015 because of my husband serious ill or condition. It's a form of serious health issues and that's why me and my husband decide to petition for me a Greencard, so that I can take care, work and support him as I'm a qualified nurse. He just come here in the states because of his condition (Cancer). That's the reason I come here because of his health and he just come here in the US because of his schedule for chemo session.

My husband is USC and we are married for almost 16yrs. in my country because he is a peace corps.

And until now I didn't receive any notification or even receive a I-797 (C) in the mail. I always check in my mailbox. There's someone who have this case like me no e-notification and no confirmation receipt#.

April 28, 2015 - Mailed our Application to USCIS.
April 30, 2015 - USPS received a proof with signed that the USCIS received my application.
?????

Also I have a questions, other concerned:

With B2 VISA, can I file a I-130?

We don't have a assets and my husband don't declare so much of his income to his two pension since the start our marriage but I still sacrificed of his attitude since for a few years because he is very frugal that's why I'm still in my country, that he didn't petition me for many years. (1 for US and 1 for his other country as Teacher and principal in the Caribbean bec. he is Peace corps.)

Can our application is denied because his not declaring all of his savings, checking accounts? Even in his property in other country he never included in the Affidavit of Support only the house property in my country and still mortgaged. Frankly I want to divorce him because of his attitude is the same before and now. But I have to think of getting a GC since he have a serious ill needs to take care of him but still his attitude is like that. I'm the only one who gather all supporting documents and filed up the forms because he's not so cooperative to the papers works and because we didn't hire a immig lawyer because of lacking of funds and he's very frugal. I have to work so that I will not depend on him and we will not argue all the time. Maybe I want to divorce him after I get my GC but as I read in the website, I need to wait for 2 years to remove the conditional card. Is that true even we are married for almost 16yrs?

I don't know what happen to my application because my husband is not so cooperative, I'm the only one to pay the loan for my application as he said. He is very frugal and I have sacrificed for many years. He get serious ill that's the time he let me to come in the US for B2 VISA. I did good to him and obeyed him all the time because he wants me to follow here and there. That's my life being tied to him. I asked him to divorce me before the application was filed or I even asked him many times before to divorce me but he don't like. Because I found out that his attitude is not in good ways but he don't like. :(.

He wrote a poverty range of income to our application. Which is not meets in the 125% poverty guidelines.

Do you have an advice should I divorce him or wait for my Green Card? Even my application is 50/50?

I want to work here, while taking good care of him.

I can say to myself a martyr and he is lucky. And I let all to the ABOVE (My Luck), my application if is approve or not.

Thank you everybody for your time if you drop by to read my messages of help to a wonderful people here.

One thing I ask a quuestion; I mailed my application to USPS Attn. 131 Dearborn - 3rd floor Chicago 2day delivery, instead of USPS P.O. because I overlooked, is there wrong to sent my applications? That's why until now I don't get any e-notification or confirmation or receipt#? I'm kind of panicked and worried.

God bless and can you please give me an advice.

Tyra :(

Mailed to USCIS Chicago Forms I-130, I-485, I-765, I-130.
Hi everyone,

I'm worried because until now I dont get e-notification from the USCIS and I tracked my documents to USPS it said that they received my application on April 30, 2015 to the USCIS office.

I mailed my application through Chicago IL lockbox in Express Mail or courier deliveries;

so I wonder why until now I don't receive any e-notification from USCIS. Is there anybody is the same case with me? I'm worried because my important documents and two checks is there and I need to know if they receive it.

Please help.
