1. April 17th
2. April 18th - status changed to application received for both of us
3. April 22 - status still the same
Anyone had dropbox on the above dates and waiting for response from the visa office? I heard that the next step would be admin processing.
Approximately how many days we will get the final status?

H1b - stamping
Hi,
I have visa interview scheduled at Chennai for H1b stamping. I am currently in US on L1b. Working with same employer from last 6 years as FTE. Have to travel india for some personal reasons. Not sure on the risk involved.

Need Advice - India Travel
I have stamped H1B visa on my passport till Aug end 2019. Recently I applied for H1B Extension and I have the receipt with me. Due to some urgent work I am planning to travel to India for 2 days in second week of July. Will I be fine to travel back from India with stamped visa (till Aug end) and the Extension receipt..I don't want to go for premium processing as of now..Pls suggest

Question regarding administrative processing
Hi Everyone,
Background about my case. Last stamping in done in 2016 and no changes since last stamping. Same client, same employer, same vendor.
I have submitted H1 and H4 documents in hyderabad VAC, below are the status
15th April 2019 Monday -> No Status
16th April 2019 Tuesday -> Application Received for both H1 and H4
17th April 2019 Wednesday -> Application Received for both H1 and H4
18th April 2019 Thursday-> Administrative processing for both H1 and H4
19th April 2019 Friday -> No status change becoz of Consulate holiday(Good friday)
20th April 2019 Saturday-> No status change becoz of weekend.
21st April 2019 Sunday -> No status change becoz of weekend.
My question is when i am reading experiences of others i see they received email or call for interviews where status are in application received status then after interview their status changed to administrative processing.
In my case it changed to administrative processing and no call or email received yet. What can i expect? Any predictions on interview call or email?

221g whiteslip passport returned
I had my interview on April 3rd at Hyderabad consulate. VO asked some basic questions. Asked for client letter, LCA and handed over 221g whiteslip with 2nd option checked additional processing is required and returned the passport.
April 6th client HR received an email with some questions and they responded on April 10th.
After that there is no update. The case created date is same as date of interview. Anyone on the same boat?

Where to submit passport
Had interview on 25th March 2019
Passport returned as more Administrative Processing was required
After 16 days got phone call from consulate to submit the passport for stamping
Upon passport submission request from consulate, where do we have to submit the passport ? At the Dropbox facility or at embassy ?
