First time h1b stamping interview next month
I have VAC appointment this month and counseler appointment next month.
Can we attend interview with my 6 months old kid also? Will they allow kids in hyderabad consulate.
I read some where in ustraveldocs kids are not allowed below 14 years.

Im in India to get my h1b visa stamped, have my interview at Delhi consulate in a few days. I have been in the US for 7 years (F1>>OPT>>STEM OPT), never been out of status. I have been working with the same company since I graduated from college. I did Bachelor's in a Science major (not much of a computer guy). I have a few questions, I would really appreciate if you guys could answer that:
1. I have seen most of the people posting here and getting the visas stamped seem to have six figure salaries. Well, Mine is bare minimum to qualify for the visa. Would that be an issue?
2. Do I need to take the photographs with me for the visa?
Any help would be appreciated. And fingers crossed that I don't have to deal with 221g. Thanks

US MBA and FTE with consulting firm.. probability on 221g?
I have a dropbox in Mumbai and looking for an advice if anyone has any experience/reference for me who has MBA degree from US (f1) and working in business field with a consulting firm as FTE and this is my 3rd stamping/dropbox.

Has your visa ever been refused 221g- with draw visa application attending new visa interview?
I attended H1B stamping interview first time at chennai, I was issued 221g Blue slip. After 2 months my employer informed me there is no more employment for me. I with draw my visa application and got new employment planning to go for stamping on their H1B petition. While filling DS-160 there is a question "Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, or been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?"
What I need to answer is it yes or No. do 221g refusal comes under Visa refusal? Please advise.

H1B Hyderabad dropbox
I have dropped my documents for stamping at Hyderabad Dropbox on 2nd January. The application status as of today still says “application received”. Anyone in this group that have dropped application around the same time and have a different experience/application status? Got my return flight on the 15th, wondering if I should reschedule my departure.

Is it safe to go for stamping with only 6 months of H1b approval
Hi All,
My H1b is approved for only 6 months which is valid till June 30,2019. I am planning to travel to India in feb 2019 due to some imp family work. This is my first time I am travelling to India after my H1B is approved, I was in OPT till last month. I would like to know, if there will be any problem during the stamping because of less duration (by the time I go for stamping there will be only 4 months left on H1b approval). I have a full time job working to a client in client location.
If anyone had the similar case and approved without any issue, please share your experience.
