Folks,
I have my via stamping on January in India. My case is L-1 to H-1 Conversion , after conversion jumped employers twice and have an approved I-140 with previous employer. My current employer is a H-1 Non Dependent (>=85% are US citizens) and my salary is Level 4. I am working in EC model and Dint do my studies in US.
This is my first H-1 stamping. Any risks with 221G admin delays?

221g H1b renewal stamping in Toronto 10/10
I had the interview date on 10/10/17, Toronto. It is my 2nd time H1b stamping .
OV gave me green slip without any mark and returned my passport.
My case date has not any updating still 10/10/2017.
11/1 got email from FPU for additional documents required.(most company information)
11/2 submitted
11/3 got email for FPU confirmed the document received.
11/8 got email from FPU ask for additional information
USA company received phone call and email for employment verification.
11/28 got two FDSN site work visit
Since 10/10-12/1, my case date has not any updating.
I work directly with my company. I just recently renewal h1 and approved I140 with same company. I am stuck in Toronto. Is anyone having idea what is going on.

221g administrative processing delay - new Delhi
I submitted the application for h1b re-stamping on 13 Oct. Got 221g for fingerprints and interview. Appeared for both on 27th at new Delhi.
Vo told me that everything looks good with the case but there might be delays in process and didn't give a clear estimate.
It's been more than 3 weeks now and visa tracker still shows Under Administrative processing.
Did anyone have similar experience? Any idea on why they might be taking so much time? Any timeline estimates?

H1 visa stamping waiting for passport
Hi friends, I really require your comments.
My H1 stamping was on Nov 24. It was extension stamping. The interview went well , asked normal questions like start date with employers, salary, education, dependents etc. I was told my Visa is approved and will get passport in 2-3 days. I do not have any flags on my profile (no client vendor model, no masters from unknown University, no f1 h1 conversations, no gaps, etc). My only worry is my status is still showing admin process since then (I will update this post if my status changes) . So please let me know how much time it took for you if you recently have visa stamping. I would post my update here as soon as it change, I would appreciate every chance comments/reply here. Thank you.

H4 EAD Stamping in Hyderabad
I am going for H4 stamping in hyderabad in Dec 2017. My case is bit complicated. I came on H4 visa to USA and then converted to F1. My OPT is expiring in Jan 2018. My H4 EAD is approved. Can I go for H4 Stamping in december? Should I carry all my paystubs since I am working??

H4 Visa AP process
Hi
Me and my wife did dropbox at Ahmedabad for H1B and H4 Visa renew.
I got approve but my wife got green ticket asking for appear at Mumbai US consulate for Finger prints only.
After 2 days her Visa application status shows in AP.
me and my wife have to leave after 10 days, I dont know what to do
or anyone else experience same thing
please suggest some ideas or solution

I went to interview on Nov 21st 2017. At the interview she told there is some sevis issue it will take 2-3 days to update. other than that she didnt gave any slips for 221g.
But when i see in ustravel docs it says your passport is still with embassy
when i see in ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx it says still in administrative process
and when i sent a mail to to [email protected] they sent a mail saying 'YOUR VISA APPLICATION IS REFUSED FOR ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING UNDER SECTION 221(G) OF THE US'
Dont know what happen or what to do . Please suggest me.

I have attended interview visa interview on 11/07/2017, VO asked couple questions, Taken passport and said Happy Journey. I didn't receive my passport till now. ceac.state.gov website showing administrative processing.
