HI There,
I have a Query if any immigration lawyer can assist me please. Below is my Case :
My Employer applied for H1B in Nov 2011. In July 2012 my petition got approved. In August 2012 i got my Visa stamped. My I129 Approval notice was valid from July 2012 till April 2014.
In January 2013, I entered US and in April 2013 I was back in India. After which i have not visited US till date. Also I left my sponsoring employer in 2014 itself.
Today when i was checking my Receipt status on USCIS Website, it shows that my application is revoked. I think as i left my earlier employer they must have revoked the application.
My queries are :
1) Can any other employer sponsor me H1B based on my earlier H1B approved petition
2) Will it be Cap exempt or do i need to go through CAP round again.
Any help appreciated

H1b Stamping No Reply Since 7 Months
Hi,
I came to India for a vacation in Feb 2020 I had an interview with Delhi Consulate on Feb 22, Got a blue slip, and was asked to submit Visa petition and client letter.
Now Client laid me off after April because I had to be back in March and due to COVID my project ended etc.
Till today 18/09/2020 I haven't received any response from the Delhi consulate and my application status remains 'refused'.
I have stopped paying rent and my CC bills now, my car has not started since the last 7 months.
Someone please suggest me what should I do?

H1B -Passport returned without stamp after 221g client verification
I attended my Interview for H1B in March/received 221g and after the verification, with the client, I was requested to submit the passport a day before the lockdown happened.
My passport was in the consulate office since then and received it today but with another 221g sheet requesting me for another interview after the regular operation of the consulate offices resume.
I am literally on a crunch situation since I have only 5 months before my I-797 expiry and really clueless on how things would take its course.
Does anyone have any suggestions for me for the second round interview?
And how long this would take to process my case after the interview?
Is it a positive sign for me?

H1 b extension stamping
I am currently in USA and my visa got expired last week. I got my extension approved with the same employer.
Can I book an appointment at Delhi embassy for my visa stamping dropbox before December? I could not travel next year to India.

Do i eligible to book a date for visa interview before December 31 2020
Hi all,
I did my masters in the USA around 2016, came to India completely in 2019 February. My Employer filled an H1b in March 2019 and got approved in December 2019. I booked a Visa interview in march 2020 because of USA embassy shut down my visa appointment got canceled. As I went to the USA previously do I am eligible to book an appointment now?

update about H1 B stamping in India
Hi all,
I was going to get married in October 2020 to a H1 B holder (new H1 got approved in first week of July 2020).
He was going to travel to India for the wedding and then apply H4 for me however because of the restrictions our plans have gone into the drain.
I wanted to know if he comes to India now will he get a chance to stamp his new visa also in case we get married, is the embassy processing new H4 applications ?
Are there anyone in the same boat?

H1-B VISA Correction
Hi,
I came to India in February 2020 for my H1-B VISA stamping. On March 18th 2020 my visa was issued, but due to the complete lock-down I wasn't able to collect the passport until the consulate mailed it. When I received the passport around June 1st week, I observed that on my VISA Petitioner Name (PN) and Petition number (P#) were completely incorrect, but at that time the consulate was still closed. If these two were correct I would have had a valid VISA before June 22nd Presidential Proclamation and eligible for travel. In August, consulate started processing F, M and with some exceptions H1-B visas.
--- May I know the process for visa correction? When I contacted the Hyderabad,India consulate, they have provided me with this link to follow https://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/submitting-your-documents.html . I would like to know if I have to book an appointment for this or I can go directly to submit the documents using "document submission letter" mentioned the above link.

Which I797 spouse show show
Hi All,
I am in US and got my new H1-B approval (I797) valid from Jan 2021 - Dec 2023.
My old I797 and H1-B visa on passport have expiry of Dec 2020. All stampings/approvals are from same employer.
My wife plans to take H4 emergency appointment and travel soon to US from India.
Does she need to show old I797 during the visa interview if she plans to travel before Dec 2020 ?
Also, can she show new I797 at port of entry to have her I-94 till Dec 2023 ?

Is US government currently issuing H4 visa.
I am a citizen of India and have recently been married to an Indian who is currently residing in US under H1B visa. He is a holder of this visa since 2016. Also, his H1b was activated and stamped before 22nd June (that's when the trumps H1B proclamation came into effect).
I need to know if US embassies is taking application for issuing H4 visa whose spouse already has an active H1B.

I have Canada PR and my h1b visa stamping date in canada is Nov 2020. Wanted to check id h1 stamping is still on? And even if i managed to get my visa stamped, will i be able to return to US without issues in this covid situation
