With reference to your U.S. Visa application and as your case requires additional documentation, we request you to provide the listed document via e-mail (in PDF format) as a reply to this
e-mail ([email protected]).
Case remains pending until requested documents are received.
A letter (on letterhead) from the personnel department at the U.S. end client company (the job site where you will actually work) stating that there is a vacancy for you.
If you fail to submit the required information within one year, your application will expire.

March 12 emailed the client letter with new date 03/11/2020 signed by manager
March 13 received email to pick the passport (returned)
After collecting the passport it has a 221g blue slip with option marked as
Your application is refused for administrative processing. The application will be reconsidered when administrative processing is complete.
Advise will be highly appreciated
any one in the same boat like me

H4 Extension with an intent to start schooling
My H4 extension gets expired on August 25th 2020. My spouses immigration attorney applied for our extension jointly on April 28 2020 i.e H1B and H4 extension. My question is; Can I over stay in USA if my approval notice does not get in timely. Or a USCIS case receipt notice is sufficient? And can I use that to start my August term in the university? Thank you for the help.

NOIR on previous H1B employer

I was working for employer A and changed job to employer B. Then I changed my employer to Employer C. Meanwhile Employer B recieved a NOIR on the site visit. Employer B replied for the NOIR and I continued my job with employer C. Today I was checking the petition status of the employer B petition number and it says the "
Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It" before this i saw the Revocation notice is sent. So I wanted to know, how does this impacts me since I am no longer working with employer B from past 1.5 year?

I received 221g form to e-mail additional document on 06-Mar-2020 and I emailed the document to [email protected] on 17-Mar-2020 but I didn't hear anything until now. My visa status is Refused. Please let me know anyone else are in similar situation. Also what are the nect step?

My H1 B extension petition received an RFE on Jan last week and we filed a response on April third week. We were expecting the response in 2-3 months but today we got notification that the extension was approved. Very fast response.

I entered in the US early March. The customs scanned my bad and I had cumin seeds. He checked the bag but didn't remove anything after a check he took my passport details and entered something in a system. What does it can mean to my future visa renewals or travel? Error in I-129 petition for change of status from F1 to H1B
My employer filed a petition for change of status and they sent my old I-94 and not the new updated one.

My H1B approved but i94 was not attached so I had to come to India in Feb for visa stamping.
At the consulate, I received a 221g yellow slip and asked to submit a client vacancy letter, PO, contracts, etc.
Feb 10th - Interview
Feb 19th - Employer emailed documents to Mumbai consulate - EVC model
April 8th - H1B expired
H1B extension in general processing and awaiting a response.
1. Is it okay for the employer to submit / email documents to the consulate instead of me?
2. My H1B petition which is on 221g expired on April 8. Please reach out to me if you have gone through the same situation i.e. H1B expired when in 221g and extension in the process. What will happen in this case? my email is [email protected]
It is tough as I am maintaining my home and other things in the US, don't know when I will be able to return back there and do not have the option to work remote. Please advise.
