Error in I-129 petition for change of status from F1 to H1B
My employer filed a petition for change of status and they sent my old I-94 and not the new updated one.
What will be the implications of this?

H1b approved,, stamping not done yet because of COVID situation. What’s next ?
Hi my H1b got approved in the month of March (2020). I was planning to book an appointment for stamping but Suddenly uscis closed all its offices. I am currently living in CANADA in my wife’s PR . Can anyone tell me what to expect next ?

221(g) and H1B expired/ expiring
Hello,
My H1B approved but i94 was not attached so I had to come to India in Feb for visa stamping.
At the consulate, I received a 221g yellow slip and asked to submit a client vacancy letter, PO, contracts, etc.
Feb 10th - Interview
Feb 19th - Employer emailed documents to Mumbai consulate - EVC model
April 8th - H1B expired
H1B extension in general processing and awaiting a response.
1. Is it okay for the employer to submit / email documents to the consulate instead of me?
2. My H1B petition which is on 221g expired on April 8. Please reach out to me if you have gone through the same situation i.e. H1B expired when in 221g and extension in the process. What will happen in this case? my email is [email protected]
It is tough as I am maintaining my home and other things in the US, don't know when I will be able to return back there and do not have the option to work remote. Please advise.

Aug 26: h1b approved from Oct 2019 to 31st Jan 2020.
Jan 31: Had to leave for India when extension was pending.
March 16: Petition approved for 3 years in Feb and new stamping done in India
March 21: Stuck in India because of lockdown
I have been working from my home country since Feb 1st week, am I legally allowed to work? (h1 Extension had been pending)
My company has advised me to work from home until the COVID crisis situation dials down.
Will I be allowed to work from India since I technically got the visa but not still in USA yet?
Will I face any problem at the port of entry once I decide to return?
How many days can I stay in my home country (India) before I have to return while in the USA? Are there any exceptions made during the pandemic such as this?
