Two I-129 extension at the same time based on the same I-140
Hi,
My employer is currently working on I-140 for me and my 6-year H1B ends this Dec.
If I-140 is approved, the next step would be getting me an H1B extension with I-129 based on the approved I-140. However, I'm afraid that my employer will not do PP for h1b extension. In that case, it will take months for I-129 to be approved by USCIS, even more than 180 days since I-140 approval.
I'm wondering when the I-129 with my current employer is pending at USCIS, may I still apply to H1B transfer to a new employer based on the approved I-140?
My concern is that
1. at some time, there would be two pending petition at USCIS based on my appoved I-140, will this be problem?
2. If the H1B transfer to a new employer is approved, i will go and work for the new employer. If later on the I-129 extension with current employer is also approved, will this be an issue?

I have a question. I was charged with MisdemeanorA stealing in October 2019. Pleaded guilty. Was given Suspended Imposition of Sentence. 2 years probation and community service. RFE for L2 EAD Extension - Need Help

Am currently on L2 Visa. Both my and my spouse Visa got expired in May'19 but our I-94 is valid until Apr'21. I applied for L2 EAD Extension but got RFE asking for the below mentioned evidence
Proof of Spouse's L1 Status :
1) Submit a copy of your spouse's Form I-797 Notice of Action(approval notice) Form 129's,Non Immigrant petition based on a Blanket petition, granting your spouse any changes of status or extensions of stay in US
2)Submit a copy of your Spouse's L1 Valid Visa the blanket L-1 PA
3)Submit copies of your spouse's 3 most recent and current pay stubs to establish that she has maintained the status
Applicants L2 Status :
1) Submit a copy of your valid non expired US Visa that reflects your spouse name as Principal alien
Our status is based on I94 which is valid until Apr'21. Our visa's are expired and so is FormI-129. A letter (on letterhead) from the personnel department at the U.S. end client company (the job site where you will actually work) stating that there is a vacancy for you.

H4 Extension with an intent to start schooling
My H4 extension gets expired on August 25th 2020. My spouses immigration attorney applied for our extension jointly on April 28 2020 i.e H1B and H4 extension. My question is; Can I over stay in USA if my approval notice does not get in timely. Or a USCIS case receipt notice is sufficient? And can I use that to start my August term in the university? I was working for employer A and changed job to employer B. Then I changed my employer to Employer C. Meanwhile Employer B recieved a NOIR on the site visit. Employer B replied for the NOIR and I continued my job with employer C. Today I was checking the petition status of the employer B petition number and it says the "
Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It" before this i saw the Revocation notice is sent. So I wanted to know, how does this impacts me since I am no longer working with employer B from past 1.5 year?

My H1 B extension petition received an RFE on Jan last week and we filed a response on April third week. We were expecting the response in 2-3 months but today we got notification that the extension was approved. Very fast response.

He checked the bag but didn't remove anything after a check he took my passport details and entered something in a system. What does it can mean to my future visa renewals or travel?
