Went for the interview on 20th November 2015
the VO just asked basic questions like:-
Who is your petitioner?
Why do you want to go to US?
Client Letter( I didn't have any as the project is inhouse )
She asked for all the documents the petitioner had sent me and issued 221g(White slip).
Got a call from the Consulate on 24th to reappear for the interview on 27th November.
On 27th November they opened a special interview room where I was seated alone with 2 VO.
They asked me all sorts of questions including the details from technical specs of my project and what will I be doing.
After about an hour and a half of grilling and question and answers they asked me for the tax returns and list of employees of my petitioner. Which I did not have at that time.
So they issued another 221g( White slip ) and asked my to submit the documents along with my passport.
Only consolation was the last line said by them before returning my passport was that we don't wanna keep it as we don't wanna loose it but we expect to see it back with the documents soon.
I have submitted my passport along with the documents as Told by them...but a bit tensed. Any views on my scenario is appreciated.

Please help
Guys my role in LCA and Offer letter is different from the client letter. Will this cause any concern? What role should i say if asked? Should i say role of client letter or LCA please suggest. Will this cause any concern.

Previously RFE and withdrawn
I have scheduled H1B interview for next week. Previously my company has applied for L1 visa and got RFE later application was withdrawn. Does it have any impact on H1? Does the VO system contains previously withdrawn application information?

Number of days to recieve Approval Hard Copy
My case got approved by USCIS on 23rd of Nov. Do you guys have any idea in how many days I will get my approval hard copy in India (USCIS --> Attorney --> India) ?

H1B Visa Stamping queries
My H1B visa petition gets approved on mid Oct, 2015 and not yet stamped. Due to some urgent short term business requirement, I applied for B1 visa on 4th of Nov 2015 and the same has been denied with 214(b) in time of visa interview.
Can you please advise me on the below points:
1. In this scenario, when will be the suitable time for my H1B visa stamping? Should I wait for 1/2 months for safer side?
2. Is there any chance that the B1 visa denial could impact my H1B visa stamping? Is there any chance of H1B visa rejection for the prior denial on B1?
3. What does mean by 214(b)? Can I reapply B1 visa in future?
Please advise and give your valuable comments on this.

Today I had H1B interview. Thanks god and it is approved
Below are the questions asked

GIven blue slip for Admin processing. VO did say I will expedite your process as the start date is NOV 20th. VO has my passport (along with wife's).
Still says admin processing. Waiting for something to happen.

I work for ABC company in India and have B1 from them, recently i got offer from DEF company from US and went for stamping at Chennai recently and struck on 221G blue slip and working with DEF co. to get it cleared. Hopefully should be cleared soon.
During the process can i travel to US on B1 to ABC US?
Do i face any issue at Board of Entry?
Appreciate your help on this.
