H1B Visa Stamping queries
My H1B visa petition gets approved on mid Oct, 2015 and not yet stamped. Due to some urgent short term business requirement, I applied for B1 visa on 4th of Nov 2015 and the same has been denied with 214(b) in time of visa interview.
Can you please advise me on the below points:
1. In this scenario, when will be the suitable time for my H1B visa stamping? Should I wait for 1/2 months for safer side?
2. Is there any chance that the B1 visa denial could impact my H1B visa stamping? Is there any chance of H1B visa rejection for the prior denial on B1?
3. What does mean by 214(b)? Can I reapply B1 visa in future?
Please advise and give your valuable comments on this.

H1B Approval and Question on H4
Hi,
Today I had H1B interview. Thanks god and it is approved
Below are the questions asked
a. What is your company
b. Who is your Client
c. what do you do for your company? (I told abt my responsibilities)
d. Asked whether you will work in client place?. I said yes, then he asked me any document related to that. I given Client letter.
After reading it and 2-3 minutes, he said, my visa is approved
Question on H4
I couldn't schedule H4 for my wife and kid (2 yrs) along with me, They have interview on 30th Nov. We scheduled for English language. Can she change it to Tamil after going inside consulate?

GIven blue slip for Admin processing. VO did say I will expedite your process as the start date is NOV 20th. VO has my passport (along with wife's).
Still says admin processing. Waiting for something to happen.

I work for ABC company in India and have B1 from them, recently i got offer from DEF company from US and went for stamping at Chennai recently and struck on 221G blue slip and working with DEF co. to get it cleared. Hopefully should be cleared soon.
During the process can i travel to US on B1 to ABC US?
Do i face any issue at Board of Entry?
Appreciate your help on this.

Visa approved but CEAC says Administration Processing
HI,
I attended my H1B Visa interview at Hyderabad Consulate on Nov 06, 2015 at 9.30 AM and got approved by Visa Officer and took my passport and informed me to collect the passport in 3-5 business days.
I didn't received any letter from the VO on the interview or after the interview, he just took the passport and informed me that my visa was approved.
It's been two and half weeks, I don't have any update on my passport.
when I track my passport on ustraveldocs website, it shows" my passport is still with US Embassy/Consulate" but from last two days it got changed to "There is no status available for the passport number submitted"
and when i track on CEAC website, it is not updated from my day of interview which is on Nov 06, no status update from that point, it still shows as "Administrative Processing".
Mine is second time H1B visa, first time I went to Vancouver, Canada for stamping.
Is anyone on the same boat? Please advise. Thanks
