I have attended interview in Hyderabad consulate today (31/8/2012).
After the whole process, my turn came for the interview, below are the questions.
1) Good morning, how are you doing?
2) Why are you travelling to USA?
3) Which company you will be working for?
4) What is your degree?
5) From Which university?
6) Is this your first H1B?
Yes is my answer
7)Who is your client?
8) where is your company located?
9) what is your pay?
10) what will you provide to your client?
The whole interview took 2 to 3 minutes.
Then VO said, visa is approved and you will get your pass port in 7 days.
Wish you all the best for every one attending for the interview.

H1 Interview Experience
First off all my sincere apologies for posting this too late!..Well I appeared for H1B interview at Mumbai and following questions were asked to me:
1) Who is your client?
2) What will be your salary once you move there?
3) What is your highest qualification?
4) How many people from your company are currently working at client location?
5) What is your over all work experience?
6) Are you married?
7) Are you planning to get married this year?
After all these question VISA officer said that your visa is approved.
Few Tips:
1) Make sure you reach there as early as possible. (around 7 am). I reached there around 7 and by the 9.15 amI was out with the ahppy face!
2) Appear confident!
3) Carry your documents in a transperant plastic folder
4) Do not carry mobile phones.
Wish you all the best!!

H1B Visa Approved on 27th Aug 2012 with early L1B Visa Rejected Status
Hi All,
My L1B got rejected last Nov 2011 and immediately my company has filed h1B for me.
My Appointment was Scheduled at 10 AM, so I have booked FASTTRACK oneday before so that i will not miss it.
On that day, I called FASTTRACK at 8'O clock , first 2 attempts i was not able to get them in Line, finally someone took and answered me that he has already assigned a cab and he has provided Cab Driver Name and Number.
Then i called the Driver, but he refused to onboard me as he is far away from my place. Then again i called FASTTRACK told the same but Agent was still forcing me to call the driver again. I got tensed and shouted at him..this whole process took 45 mins talking here and there finally i took a decision to quit FASTTRACK and came outside and took Auto to Consulate. DONT TRUST FASTTRACK..THESE DAY'S THEY ARE NOT DOING GOOD SERVICE.. TRY Some Other vendor
I reached Consulate by 9:50 AM and Security admitted me inside at 10:20 AM after verifying my appointment letter and gave Token.
Next is the Physical check and material scan..then i was asked to wait for Priliminary document verification and then Finger Print scan.
Once all gets over we are being sent to next building thats where Actually VO's are doing interview. I was waited in the hall for my turn..after 30 mins my token number was called and below are questions VO asked me
How Long you have been with xxx Company?
What's your Client Name?
What you do for your Client?
What's your client location and Wages?
That's all...I heard golden words..Your Visa got approved and you will recive your passport in 3 to 4 days.
Don't worry about your previous rejections ..just go with fresh mind..you can crack it easily..stay cool and don't showcase expectation in your face..

@Main entrance security chk :They asked for my appointment letter & passport and gave me a token.
I waited for my turn in the next counter,where they actually go thru ur docs,arrange n bundle the reqd docs n give it bck.
i was asked to move in to the next counter for the finger prints.
finally you will be led in to the next building for the actual interview.
My token num was called and its my turn.
Questns askd:
wer did u meet ur spouse?
how did u get to know him?
askd to show marriage photos?
which place are you travelling?
wer will he be working?
Visa is approved.
the complete process took around 45mins.

My interview with VO finished in just 2 min , he asked me,he was very cool

Then said visa is approved

Once u show the appoit time u will get a token number. carry very less documents because closed envelopes are not allowed inside, dont take mobile or purse with u. if u carry less documents security checks will be less time. after security check my documents was verified and 10 finger prints was taken. Then went to another building where i was waiting for my token, got tensed was not able to read the white pamplet which was given to me. was keep on taking deep breathe. within 10 to 15 min was called for counter 18 Lady VO, her hair style was pop cut. 3 person was infornt of me almost allo f them got their visa. Till the time i started standing in queue i was maintaining eye contact with her till the time i finished my interview, once my turn came.

me : yes iam to work for xxx.

me : bachelor of engineering in Electronics and intrumentation.

me : Expalinined exactly what was mentioned in BEP letter (Iam going to work as Computer Programmer for YYYY limited for YYYY incorporation.)
thats it she said visa approved and ill get in weeks time and she gave white pamplet to me and wished her thanks have a good day.
